Well thought I would post up my newest custom, I started it on May 6th and completed it today so took a long time working on it every now and then. Anyway it’s a Darth Vader repainted into Unicron, which works perfect since the Death Star is a perfect circle, As far as modification go I made the chest out of several layers of styrene sheets to get a layered look to it. The spikes on the arms and shoulders are made from Nail since it was easy. The horns and feet came from the Armada Unicron and the face is my fist sculpted face I have ever done and I love how it came out. I used all tamiya paint and the shell was dry brushed in 4 different colors for a better look and way enjoy the chaos bringer him self p.s. That is killa!!!!! I've been wailting for someone to try this and the work you did on this is EXCELLENT!!! I think the figure is in better scale with Primus and you have a complete figure instead of a parts-former.Keep up the good work!!

I'm SHOCKED by how well this came out! Looking at the thumbnails I thought you'd slammed Armada-Cron bits onto the Hard-Hero statue, which is a testament to your scratch-building and painting! D/L
I kept looking at that Vader and knew someone had to turn him into a proper full planet Unicron. Hope the planet mode does not look like a death star though. The bot mode, AWESOME!!!!!!
I'd have to add myself to the list of people who can't believe that there aren't more of these things by now! This is certainly the first I've seen. The planet mode should be awesome since the Death Star Superlaser is the perfect place for the Unicron mouth. Do let's see.
great job on the face man....thats definately unicron....... .i remember the 1st time i tried my hand at unicron.....12yrs ago i grabbed some modelin clay.....the kind u have to bake to harden.... and wrapped it around a FOAM BALL..... scribbed all my panel lines.....took me about 2 days.. finally i threw that bad boy in the oven... 5 min later i checked on it.............it had exploded somewhere along the time..when walkin down the isle at the store ..i had completely forgetten the principles of heat n foam.....yes i was that excited about makin my very own unicron. any plans on doin the halo ring?
Ok well decided to make another Unicron to show the Alt mode as i didn't want to damage the paint on the first one. So anyway heres the alt mode, enjoy There is a storage space for the Storm Troopers that works perfect fot the scene in the movie "And this shall be your ship" The only thig i should have changed was the Death Star laser thing on the top
I gotta say, this is so close to honest perfection, man. The only modification you didn't do was add a planetary ring that could also hang off his back as wings.
Planet mode is sweet, I also agree with REDLINE, brr-icy, and OMEGAPRIME1983 on the planetary ring that Unicron has. But thats the flaw I seen the rest looks exactly how Unicron should look.
