totally agree. It'd actually be very cool by me if you could look up a chart of upcoming transformers and they all had release dates.

Wait, for all your high-horse bitching at others about not waiting and blah blah in the other threads, you decide to try to break the dates yourself and succeed? The only difference being that you don't make an ass of yourself when they actually sell you the toys.

You know I was thinking that as well. So many times I've ended up going to the store in the hopes that a Universe, Robot Heroes, or Animated figure was out in the my area only to find the local stores hadn't received a shipment yet.

Would be so nice to have a date to mark down when I knew the figures would be there instead of having to play the guessing game.

 

nice haul, I had no chance to try for a street date break as my walmart only had Animated figs and mostly shelf warmers, I found a few i purchased though

 

It was always the "making an ass of yourself" bit that annoyed me with those threads. Of course if you see something on the shelves you'll try to buy it, but making a fuss when they tell you they won't sell it yet and you already knew that? Life's too short for that malarky.

Anyhoo, it's been a good day what with these and my Revoltech Laevatein showing up. Anyone else scored some ROTF stuff without resorting to stolen Chinese toys yet?

lol, nice! seriously though, if some stores will enforce the street dates, why wont others? frustrating, it really is. especially cause i havent even seen them chilling on the shelves waiting for the release date-all Star Trek stuff... i just want to see one ROTF toy, ya know? even if its restricted by the release date, i just want to see one, hold one, sniff one...
