Hybrid Autotrooper Got myself a DOTM Rescue Ratchet for cheap. And told myslef why not. Instead of a car alt mode, he is now a hummer. Mods done:- - Cut up plastics on the knee and thighs, making him less bow legged. - Replaced hands with junker gundam hands - Head is from GM Cannon modified to have a neck swivel. I chose a GM because of its generic look, fitting Autotrooper. I just finished priming him and will be painting him up tomorrow. Note: The face is masked as I am covering the clear plastic. EDIT: 4/11/2012 He is done.

Yeah, and there's nothing like a clean primer look to help bring out a mold's brilliance, eh? ... and of course, I too will be awaiting the progress.

dude that's nice! I love the pearl coat, I can imagine just what it's like because I used it on my prime thunderwing - I love the minimal paint apps, which I know some people will say you should break up some of the grey, but it looks really really clean!
