:rolleyes Well... I know there aren't many Hungarians browsing this forum... maybe I'm the only one.

But maybe there are, and also this could give insight to those who live Slovakia, Croatia, Slovenia, Austria...

Anyway... Wave 3 Armada Mini-Con teams are showing up at Budapest, Westend City Center. I have spotted the Adventure, Race and Street Speed teams, they cost each 3000 Ft respectively.

Just when you thought there is only 1 Hungarian TFan....

    Then think again.

Reviving the dead? Heh, that's a reaaaaly old thread... ;)

Although, other then you and me, not many Hungarian fans write on english boards, most use our hungarian forums. Only one I encountered at the TCA was SqueltschTheDestron, who's a Hungarian living in Canada.

Since the thread is about sightins, what have you seen recently?

Me, if you're interested, have seen an interesting knockoff, namely the Japanese BW Neo Archadis toy (the Archeaopteryx), in original coloring, re-named Iron Wings. He's in the Florian shopping center, for 1390 FT - not very good quality plastic but good if you don't have the original.

I'm looking for Cybertron Wreckloose and Evac, let me know if you see them!

Animated figures spotted at a local wholesaler. All deluxe class: Prowl, Bumblebee, Lockdown and cybertron-mode Optimus. Their price was 4075 Ft/pc, which is around 25,5$ at the moment. Reasonable price imo.

Yea, it was a surprise for us as well, since we knew from a supposedly reliable source - the official hungarian donno-what of Hasbro should be that, am i right? - that they'll come around july, or august.
But its here, so we're lucky :p
ill go to that shop tomorrow and see what's left for me :p
Hmmmm, a Prowl would be nice ^.^

Nowadays the only tf-stuff from the movie here are some legends, couple of deluxes such as Longarm and Camshaft, voyager Rescue Ratchet and Thundercracker - there are maybe 3-4 icy Megs out there as well - and maybe Leader Brawl. And real gears.
Besides movie we have some Classics Jetfire, Alt. Ravage, Cybertron CD Scattershot, and usually thats all.

We have some FABs, movie replicas, cyber slammers, blasters, prime-heads as well.
Oh, and there are some movie screen battles packs too, ive seen Final Stand pack so far....

And also we have darn high prices here...

    Big Z reporting in, Shox.

Those Animated figures are very nice, but I think I'd rather save my money for a Classics Magnus trailer/armor (or some EMG pickups) :)

Voyager Bulkhead (voyager? yea, right...), Cybertron Mode Megs and Starscream available. Price between 7-8000 Ft (43-50$), not unreasonable price here, rather high if we look at the usa prices.

Well, it didn't work for Hotrod, but I figured I'd give it a shot too. I'll be in Budapest for a couple of days in two weeks. Can anyone suggest a good place to look for vintage TFs while there?

Well I was going to ask for suggested hunting grounds but since it hasn't worked for any of the previous posters I guess I'll just say I haven't seen any where to hunt....yet.

Wow, totally forgot about this thread. :)  Anyhow, too late reply I know, but there aren't really any "old toy shops" of note in Budapest that have TFs. You can try your luck in the Petőfi Csarnok's flea market - open every weekend from 8 to 14 - but I have given up on that years ago, not worth the effort usually.

Regio Stores have RID Warrior Wave 9 now (Starscream, Stormshot, IDW Drift, Blastwave) for 8800 HUF.
Additionally, Jatekshop.eu listed all the first Wave TF5 toys, so unlike with TF4, we are actually getting proper deluxes (8600) and voyagers (12400) now.

    Bumpitybumpitybump!

My dad is in Budapest until friday and I'd like to know if there are any noteworthy toystores around that have a good selection of figures?

Mostly looking for the new studio series or siege figures.

Just found out you can order Siege Megatron and some Battle Masters, as well as some SS stuff like Jazz and Megs at the Galaxy toy shop in Ázsia Center:

Transformers War of Cybertron: Siege - Voyager Class - Álca - Megatron figura

I was afraid Siege might not be distributed here at all, so this is a pretty positive surprise for me. Siege Megs also seems pretty cheap at HUF 10,400 (about 33 Euros), I've seen TLK and SS deluxes going for more at some places. A nice change of pace considering how much I've heard people bemoan the line getting more expensive.

Gonna check the place out tomorrow and see if they have some more Siege stuff coming up.

    Hello Hungarians!
I'm going to Budapest and I would like to know if there are any good physical (not online) stores that sell TFs there.

I'm mostly looking for SS and Siege figures
