You didn't show the seat-on-arm gimmick properly. The fingers flip up so you can peg Gould's feet and there's a small grip for Gould to man the speakers.

Paint is just paint, paint doesn't transform. A good/fun mold is still a good fun/mold no matter what. Plus, that kind of grey is not unusual for a real-life car, not all cars are painted super shiny silver.

This needs to come out now!!! For those that have him, can they post a picture of him with Deluxe Lazerbeak's weapons? I'm planning on giving those guns to HA soundwave.

You might be reading too much into that. I don't think he was attacking anyone (er, I'm assuming you meant that, right?). Besides, Baltmatrix's review was anything but half assed; it was obviously well made and edited too. No need for forum drama.

I wasn't reading into anything, just asking a question. You obviously thought the same thing was implied or you wouldn't have mentioned anyones name. I agree, which is why I said the comment wasn't needed.

No. Just sometimes I've put little effort in my videos and just wanted to put care into it

And I started the thread before it was finished because I was leaving for the day (on my phone now) and gone most of the day

To the reviewer: Thanks for the review! I always like when a so-called review actually reviews the figure. I also think it was a cool idea to do reviews on the rotating stand. I've always wanted one of those but now I'm about to actually buy one! I agree that the non-paint job sucks, but I still want him. I think Soundwave is a small car and supposed to be kinda small-ish, which is why they included Laserbeak, like Arcee with Skids, etc.

I will agree with those that say that some of the door kibble really should have been incorporated into the legs. Don't see how they didn't manage to think of that. Or maybe it was some design or budgetary decision that we can't know about?

PS: Why has Takara seemingly stopped doing their own more-accurate colors? It used to be that we could get something extra awesome for a bit more money if we wanted to, but now that option is gone :(

The amount of engineering that goes into these figures is ASTOUNDING. Think about it... they MASS PRODUCE this guy.... wow.

Most of Takara's movie figures have been identical to the US versions.

They tend to only start mixing things during the "rebranded" second phase of the movie lines, when you start seeing more offscreen characters and the likes.

SUPERIOR sounds like he is. Affirmative, no doubt about it.

"SUPERIOR" sounds like someone is mocking on him...

Since the one at NYCC was just a handpainted sample, the US release will probably be the exact same as Takara's including the SUPERIOR without the "s.

Pretty nice. The wheels seem to be the same size as Roadbuster's, so those wanting vehicle mode scale between HAs should be pleased?

Thank you so much. If you ever get a chance, can you do some alt modes, too? Thanks!
