Apparently, the Hulu service might be coming to Xbox Live soon.

    I say bring it on!

Been watching fullscreen on my PS3 for a while now using the browser. Is it going to be application based or is the 360 getting a browser?

I'm not sure why Microsoft seems to be staying away from a browser on the Xbox.
I'm pretty sure it would be an app.

Also, they appear to have plans for a similar service in Europe instead of just ignoring that territory like normal.

Well, an APP would be cleaner, to be honest. I mean originally the PS3's browser didn't support fullscreen, but you could still zoom in on the screen and make it a fullscreen playback. Now you can click on it and it will become a separate player. But with an App you don't even have to fumble with that.

I purchased Play-On, so I already have access to Hulu on my 360 and PS3. I guarantee you that you will need to be a gold member to use Hulu on the 360. Pluswith Play On I get CBS, ESPN, CNN, Netflix, Youtube. Plus ABC is coming soon, and they're working on a bunch of others.

I didn't know Playon supported Netflix. Is it fullscreen? I tested it for a while and really liked it, but I was just using it to stream from my PC. Now I have ORB which lets me do it to my Iphone and PS3 from my PC, which is great, but tying it to Netflix would be a nice bonus.

    I just Googled Play On.
That's a pretty cool little service.
It even works on the Wii?

I don't have a Netflix account, so I haven't tested that part. But everything else I viewed was full screen and it looked fantastic. The Star Trek original series from CBS looked especially good.

Make sure it's enabled in your browser settings. I'm like 100% sure that it works, because I use it quite a lot. Not only that but those cheesy little flash games work too, like those MMORs that use Flash. I wish someone would release a NES emulator that worked with PS3 flash.

Sony updated the Flash player on their browser a few months ago. Specifically to accommodate Hulu watching.

Have you seen any flash emulators that work with the PS3 browser?

None. But I haven't really been looking. Still have my NES, which I was playing just a couple of nights ago actually.

Don't think there will ever be a time when I won't be able to to go back and play Zelda 1 or Rygar. Those games still don't bore me, and I wish I could have those on my Iphone or PSP, but I don't want to mess with them, but playing them on a browser I could do.
