Fortress Maximus is Sector Seven's answer to the Transformers; built to be on par with Optimus Prime and Megatron, Fortress Maximus is heavily armed and incredibly powerful. Fortress Maximus is a Headmaster, piloted by Agent Witwicky.

I've shared this elsewhere, but not here:

Beast Megatron's original identity being RID'15 Steeljaw.
Well, inspired by him. Partly this is just because Steeljaw is a better name than any of the attempts to give BW Megatron a pre-Megatron name (Gnashteeth? Galavar?), but also...Steeljaw, as portrayed in RID'15, is a scheming opportunist and would-be revolutionary, a manipulative smooth talker with grandiose plans. BW Megatron...Is also an opportunist and would-be revolutionary, though his plans extend significantly further than Steeljaw's, being a megalomaniac with a God Complex. Either way, combining the two characters makes a lot of sense to me. And it finally would give BW Megatron a good name to use before he becomes Megatron.

(though I see a certain appeal in the idea that he used to be just some nobody with an unassuming name who latched onto the name of someone more significant due to his massive ego)

Junkions as a mechanical race mostly separate from the Transformers, with a penchant for mercantilism and repair work. Hailing from The Planet of Junk, once used as a dump for an intergalactic trading consortium that dealt in electronics and heavy machinery, Junkions have a keen eye for turning trash into treasure and creating something new from nothing. It's bled into their physiology as well, resulting in a people whose bodies are almost entirely modular, enabling the swapping of parts with mechanical entities whose physiology differs from theirs wildly, such as Quintessons, Xetaxxans, Stentarians, and Transformers. This has resulted in them "inheriting" the ability to transform from those species capable of the feat, as well as knowledge as to the maintenance of said mechanical species. While their homeworld is obviously replete with Junkions, you're most likely to encounter them aboard space stations near and far, dealing in ship parts, random assortments of machinery (more often than not completely busted), and offering tune-ups for any mechanical beings on board.

    Unicron as a planet.

Like, just a planet. An extremely inhospitable planet home to mutant monstrosities and rogue Cybertronian colonists, but a planet all the same.
Called the "Monster Planet" due to it's hostile environment and monstrous native life, Unicron was discovered by lost explorers from ancient Cybertron. Finding a unique fuel source, they worked to establish Unicron as a colony for their people. But the fuel proved to have mind altering affects, and with time drove the colonists to madness. Their civilization is one built on violence and destruction, feeding themselves and each other into the planet to be reborn and rebuilt again and again, to evolve and become stronger. "Unicron" is also the title taken by the reigning leader of this civilization, who, naturally has styled themself to resemble the various robot modes of other versions of Unicron.

The Wreckers are an elite team that is sent on missions that are extreme in every case with attacking, defending and rescuing anyone or anything given by Ultra Magnus or any high ranking officer. There are at least 12 or less members with the member being replaced either dying or leaving although the ladder is less likely when joining the Wreckers. Most that join are chosen if they do not get along with their teammates, dangerous in most non-extreme battles, special assets for combat needed, or a dumping ground for those that the higher ups don't want to deal with.

the Wreckers were created by Ultra Magnus, Prowl, and Kup to attack and rescue V.I.Ps that were taken by Decepticon forces and taken to the prison Neverfree a highly secured and armed prison

the first 5 that were chosen by the three were Springer as leader, Impactor for his battlefield experience, Fizzle as strategist, High Tide as sea specialist and Tigertrack as a liaison for the three and they chose the 5 other members that include, Deftwing as air support, CatSCAN as medic, Atomizer as scout/sniper Breacher as demolitions and Storm Jet as air assault.

They were given a ship that they designated as Wreckelation.

Their attack on Neverfree was one of mission success as they rescued the 5 V.I.Ps and destroyed Neverfree but lost Deftwing and Tigertracks . With the Wreckers first mission a success they were revealed to the rest of the Autobots and were given many deadly missions with new members joining or dying their last words being recorded and archived as a memento.

    current Wreckers Members status:

    First Line

    Springer: Alive

Springer is the leader of the Wreckers. A triple changer who can think on his feet leads the charge and can be counted on to take any mission with his stoic charm.

    Impactor: MIA

last words: Dying without a final drink ... That's life.

Impactor is one of the toughest Autobot of the battlefield covered with weapons for any situation he has seen it all and goes straight for it with a gruff short tempered attitude that rubs many the wrong way. He was last seen on he Wreckers mission to help with withdrawing troops with Impactor being left as Decepticon started to carpet bomb the area, after returning no body could be found leaving the members hope that their tough bot was alive somewhere.

    Fizzle: alive

Fizzle is a very smart and tactical expert that has helped win many battles but also doesn't take any of the life's that had been taken by his tragedies. Mostly being by himself rethinking his old strategies trying to come up with better outcomes with fewer tragedies.

    High Tide: Alive/ ex member

High Tide is as old as his battle hardened with his experiences on the water and his reputation as someone you don't want to be on his bad side, being the Wrecker with the most experience but that led to him being taken off the team to help with other parts of the wars.

    Deftwing: Deceased

    Death by crashing

last words: My last words are going to be memorable ... I got nothing.

Deftwing worked at a shipping yard before the war going back and forth transporting cargo at a fast rate molding him into a very maneuverable flier when the war broke out he became one of thee top fliers which helped him be picked to be apart of the Wreckers and attack Neverfree were he was shot down distracting the sentries while the others went to there ship.

    Tigertracks: Deceased

    death by explosions

last word: I should have taken a desk job

Before the war he was a beat cop usually keeping his nose out of the many underhanded plays that went on, his one saving grace was he was good at filing reports. when the war broke he put with Prowl to help with documents when the Wreckers were formed he was chosen by Prowl to keep the rowdy team in line and report back to command but didn't do much for he died on their first mission of Neverfree were he was blown up with the prison while covering his team back to there ship.

    CatSCAN: Alive

Being one of the best battlefield medic, she has saved many during stressful situations with a cool head and easy going nature to help calm her patients and can hold her own in a fight. being picked to be apart of the Wreckers she has managed to fix up the many members after a mission and being respected highly by her team

    Atomizer: Deceased

    Death by sniper

    Last word: I see something.

Atomizer always had more bark than bite while on the streets of Velocitron were your bite had to be fast, when the war broke out and Velocitron cut ties with Cybertron Atomizer was left on Cybertron were he joined the Autobots and quickly became a sniper with quick reflexes and chosen to help with the Wreckers. he died when the Wreckers were on a mission to get Viewfinder for important information that he stole but while scouting the area he was shot by Spyglass.

    Breacher: Deceased

    Death by artillery fire

Last word: It's coming right towards us.

Breacher never liked it so much because before the great war he did stand up where he could hear the bots laughing non-stop. When the war broke out he quickly regretted not liking silence as the sound of war never stopped and so if he wanted to hear loud noises he would make it himself and so learned and trained with explosives. He was picked by the Wreckers to help blow up the Neverfree prison and many other targets. He died setting explosives for a surprise landslide but an artillery line started attacking and he was hit.

    Storm Jet: Deceased

    Death by shot down

Last words: I'm dying like I live, falling!

Storm Jet was made during the war with bad luck following him, with him always the only survivor and never winning a game of any chance making him gloomy most of the time and pessimistic. He was chosen to survive so much. He survived for a long time until on a mission to destroy a warship where he was shot down and realized his time was up and felt content crashing down on a Decepticon communication hub which stopped a transmission that would have caused a lot more destruction if not for his final actions.

    Wreckers

    Second line

    Joyride: Deceased

    Death by Crashing

Last worst: I got him in my sight. Wait, I’m spinning out of control AHAH…

Joyride always went fast no matter the situation which caused problems with his commanders but could catch anyone so he was put on the Wreckers. While on a mission to catch Oil Slick, moving fast Oil Slick caused an oil slick which caused Joyride to swerve out of control crashing into a wall dying.

    Flatfoot: Alive/ex-member

Flatfoot was assigned as the liaison, being by the books which most of his team ignores and always being very upset with them that after a short time he left in frustration.

    Delta Seeker: Deceased

    Death by torture

Last words: Stick it up yourself.

Delta Seeker has always liked the sky and always got into trouble because of it putting him on the Wreckers. While on a mission hunting Stalker, a bot with a lot of war crimes and torturer, he was captured by him and tortured to death but used his last ounce of energy to let the rest of the Wreckers know his location and they captured him.

    Sea Watch: Alive

Sea Watch never stops when lives are in danger which causes trouble on the battlefield when he is needed on the water but somewhere saving people because of his hero complex which caused him to be shipped over to the Wreckers.

    Crosswise: Alive/ Ex-member

Crosswise is a bot that takes everything seriously with strong morals. Before the war was a part of the Elite guard, an expert marksman who knew about the deep corruption was powerless to do anything, after the war broke out he was picked to run assassination missions, he was put on the Wreckers to help with missions. He is very sporadic with being on the Wreckers and other teams

    Wreckers

    Third line

    Apex Bomber: Alive

Apex Bomber was a high-ranking Autobot who very much hates the war and would do everything in his power to stop it, that he modifies his body to turn into a big multi-rocket launching truck with his body covered in panels of missiles and can just fire a barrage of missiles in both forms. During his first use of his new body, the battle is getting out of hand, and they're losing so he launches his missiles at the battlefield but barely gave his squad time to take cover or retreat so he just covers the battlefield in craters and kills most of his squad in the process. He was put on trial by the Autobots with Optimus and Ultra Magnus being apart of this trial were Apex was stript of his autobot rank, his weapon systems locked and to be given over the wreckers, as other saw Apex's body as a great weapon for the war and they should keep him close in case of emergency, given over to the Wreckers were he was placed in a secret compartment in there ship the Wreckelation and Springer, Fizzle and the people at the trial know about it as the rest of Cybertron was given that he was put in stasis prison.

    Flak: Alive

Handpicked by Ultra Magnus to help as the Liaison for the Wreckers, being a gruff general he has plenty of experience with hard to work soldiers and knows to bend the rulebook when necessary making him the best liaison the Wreckers have had, still a hard ass.

    Whirl: Alive

Whirl has always been a crazy flier with no joy in following the rules which led to him being arrested lots of times. When the war broke out he was useful in confusing the enemy by flying sporadically. He isn’t friendly with most of his members that he works with, making it difficult to work with him, the consonant lashing out didn’t help. He put with the Wreckers which seemed better than most but still shaky.

    Electro: Deceased

    Death by Surge virus

    Last words: Corrupted

Before the war he was a pretty good electrician but was very bored when the war broke his specialty with electronics made him helpful in breaking into Decepticon compounds. He specifically wanted to join the Wreckers for the thrill. While on a mission to stop Shockwave from creating a virus that would short circuit any Cybertronian infected and spread, both Electro and Volt were infected knowing that couldn’t spread it were left behind and died with their circuits being fried.

    Volt: Deceased

    Last words: Corrupted

    Death by Surge virus

Being made during the war Volt has a strong hatred for Decepticons and wants to eradicate them. He joined the Wreckers for that reason, using his endless energy to pursue his missions till the end. During the mission to stop the Surge virus he was infected and dying by it knowing that this was his final mission.

    Wreckers

    Forth line

    Sizzle: Deceased

    Death by explosion

Last words: I always wanted to go out with a bang.

Sizzle always like to make explosions which helped him be a valuable member but also caused him destroy very important stuff along the way.Being Fizzles only real friend before he joined the Wreckers he tried to ask Fizzle to let him join many times until he was final needed until on a mission to take down a Decepticon base where they were outnumbered Sizzle was planting explosives he was discovered and overrun with no other choice he detonated it blowing himself and the Decepticons up.

    Arcee: Alive

Arcee was one of the first Decepticons and became a fierce warrior on the battlefield before an immoral action caused her to leave and join the Autobots, being placed on the Wreckers for her information.

    Exocet: Alive

Exocet was of Caminus native who didn’t really fit in with its culture of artistry and refinement so she joined the Caminus Self-defense force but with Caminus not having much to defend against it became boeing not to mention that she chose a alt mode of an anti-air vehicle which was frowned upon do to the consumption of energy and power that was until Caminus was reconnected with Cybertron by the war were she was caught in a fight helping civilians were she met the Wreckers and helped with locations after the battle Caminus joined in the war with Exocet joined with the Wreckers using her alt mode to great effect and feels like she finally found a place where she is appreciated.

    Backfire: Classified

    Last words: Classified

    Classified

    Wreckers

    Fifth line, after war

    Roulette: Alive

Roulette before the war lived in a small village on Cybertron were she left for Iacon with her sister Shadow Striker to find better jobs to support their village, after some time there village was raided by a renegade group of transformers making her go more into her work as a security marksmen. When the war broke out she was used as a sniper with her former partner Crossblades to take shots up in the air until Crossblades died while in a battle causing her to retreat into herself until the war was over she chose to join the Wreckers because she feels she can’t go back from the war and see’s the Wreckers as a way to prolong her own self war.

    Bullethead: Alive

Before the war he was named Handload a well known weapon designer and maker working for the Elite Guard when the war broke out he was put full force into making weapons until they became too complicated for any normal bot to figure out so he had to use them himself on the battlefield which caused him to get shot a lot both by enemies and his own weapons giving him the name Bullethead that was used so much that he just changed his name to stop confusion. When the war ended he joined the Wrecker because he feels that he can’t stop making weapons without feeling useless so joined because of that.

    Dogfight: Alive

Dogfight was made during the war while in the middle of a battle in space which basically formed his personality as an aggressive showoff warrior, although after thoughts of years he has learns about the consequences of war losing friends made him internally depressed and when the war stopped he joined the Wreckers to keep his mind occupied by what he thought was going to be non-stop action but now realized that he has to talk to bots more than he really wants too.

Tell me what you think about this. I love to hear your thoughts about my Wreckers lineup. I spent a lot of time thinking about this and their personalities.

    Mainstreaming the DJD- another take
Whereas my previous attempt at making a kid friendly DJD was pretty suçcessful- I did have to change them substantially in order to make it work. Here's something that more resembled the original roster superficially, albiet with some tweaks
1- Make them secret agents within the decepticons- Inspired by BW tarantulas, this allows them to retain their form and function, as well as letting them really put the deceive into decepticon. Additionally, this allows you to vary their designs and gimmicks
    2. Make them the decepticons' elite guard- where animated's elite guard served as a more rigid bureaucratic overseer to the earth autobots, the DJD would serve a similar purpose under banzaitron's secret service. Which leads me to my next point
    3. Have most of them be canon immigrants. - minus tarn, vos, and possibly nickel, the other DJD members have cool designs, but lack characterization. By using other, lesser known characters, one can bring exposure to bits who've missed the spotlight. S

    My SG Universe ideas:
    • War starts earlier in the SG universe. Optimus nukes like 48% of the planet on day one.
    • The Decepticons form in response to this, and put up a decent fight, but lose, and end up in exile, missing, dead, or enslaved. The autobots become an empire ruled under an iron fist, Megatron is believed dead. All hope is lost
    • The main setting of the story would be Megatron’s rebirth and the decepticons building allies in space like the Quintessons while Soundwave separately rages an underground resistance, building up remaining decepticon forces, and actively sabotaging and fracturing Prime’s empire.
    • A lot of the younger bots grow up in a totalitarian regime so Thrash and Twitch are 100% loyal to Optimus
    • Optimus has a whole God Emperor from warhammer vibe
    • At some point he decides to just stay on his throne. In reality he’s a barely functioning corpse sitting there suffering from extreme damage caused by an unknown event. He’s covered by an advanced hologram that makes him look healthy and terrifying. He’s still able to talk but he’s not mobile (which isn’t actually true either).
    • Megatron eventually makes it to Prime’s palace to confront Optimus, but ends up finding out the state he’s in. It seems like a very one sided battle. Megatron takes aim and fires. But the throne descends down into the floor, and up pops Optimus in power armor life support.
    • My Arcee is an entirely unhinged psychopath that changes her colors as often as her personality
    • SG stardrive is in Samus colors
    • My SG Megs and Starscream are in a public, unambiguous, loving relationship.
    • So when Megatron seemingly dies, Starscream goes full Ghost of Tsushima, I’m literally calling him the Ghost of Vos. Staging a one man war against the autobot empire.
    • Megatron’s body was mostly obliterated but Soundwave secretly has his spark safe in storage in his bunker. He didn’t tell anyone because if even one decepticon was captured and rumors spread, Megatron’s spark could end up snuffed out
    • Easier to let everyone believe he was dead or missing permanently to make sure Optimus wouldn’t waste his time tracking Soundwave down

Drift still keeps most of his backstory but he never becomes an Autobot and is still Deadlock even after the war were he joins Tarn's faction of Decepticons until he finds a protoform and is chosen by Tarn to raise it into a loyal Decepticon but soon realizes the cycle of conflict he is making were peace should be and so betrays his group, taking the protoform with him but gets injured in the process and flee landing on a planet and wondered with Deadlock slowly dying from his wounds and trying to teach the protoform peace after some cycles they were met by a group of Autobots from another narrative and before Deadlock died he gave the protoform a name, Drift before dying.
tell me what you think its very scattered but I think it can be something after some more thought

I have several ideas I'm gonna post them separately.
Okay this first one works with the basic idea that the Spark is in fact the true Cybertronian; an energy being, however in their natural state in the normal universe they are unstable, and have to be contained in a shell of living metal in order to survive.

Now this story literally goes all the way back to before the beginning, and works on the theory that the life cycle to the universe is cyclical, and that the big crunch will lead to a new big bang and a whole new universe, with the natural extrapolation that a universe exists that predates the universe we know. Now in the previous universe there was one last civilization of beings similar in basic appearance to humans living directly before the end, and they knew that they were at the end, that within their lifetime the universe would end. Among this society are two brothers, one of the brothers accepts that he will see the end of his universe, and lives out his life in peaceful acceptance of this fact, while the other brother is driven mad with rage at the unfairness of being alive at this time, and takes it out on the people around him to the point that he ends up being detained and drugged to keep him from causing the last survivors of the universe any more trouble (given that the end is so close, they have no wish to deal out more death, not when their own mortality is so apparent).

    When the end finally comes the peaceful brother choses to meditate through it, however in the process he ends up managing to reach the astral plane, a realm of pure thought that is untouched by what is happening to the physical universe, causing him to survive the destruction of his body. He also learns that the drugs his brother was pumped full of had allowed him into the astral plane as well, meaning both brothers will in fact survive the end of the universe. now how this plays out could be one of two ways;

#1: The peaceful brother becomes Primus, the chaotic one becomes Unicron.
#2: Because his sense of peace was built around the idea that he would die as the universe did, the fact that he survived while everyone he loved drives the peaceful brother to madness, and he becomes Unicron, meanwhile the chaottic brother, having also built his identity around the unfairness of having to live through the inescapable end of the universe, the fact that he did escape causes him to have a spiritural awakening, finding peace and joy in his survival, and he becomes Primus.

Either way as the universe continues it's rebirth, Primus and Unicron are buffeted with cosmic energy, transforming them into two incredibly powerful energy beings, Primus being like a star of creation energy, while Unicron becomes a singularity, and as I said above, in their natural states primus could not keep himself together, sending out waves of creation energy (thus explaining why so many sci fi races adopt the bipedal design, let alone the many that appear visually similar to humans) while Unicron threatens to consume the entire fledgling universe. However primus is able to deduce the stabilizing properties of living metal and imprisons himself and Unicron within planets rich in living metal, which drift off into the universe, and for a time Primus is content.

However he later learns that Unicron has reshaped his planet as he did in the original marvel comics, becoming the predatory planet we know. By this time primus' surface is teaming with life, so he doesnt want to engage his brother directly, however he realizes he can separate tiny Sparks of his essence and comes up with the idea to create smaller sparked lifeforms from the metal on his surface, from which he could craft champions to fight Unicron on his behalf. So he crafts a device he calls the Allspark, which allows him to channel his power into pools of living metal and create sparked life, most of which are based on the animals that already live on his surface, but made of metal, however he also makes metal men, based on his original species.

Now in their original form these 'Cyber Sapiens' are ill matched to the more powerful beasts, so Primus evolves the design, adding shells that can come together to create a protective shell mode, however this is flawed as they are unable to move in this form, thus they modify their shells in order to move, and even fight against the beasts, and when a notable chieftain falls into a living metal pit in combat with one of the most powerful beasts, Primus is inspired, and thus the next generation are born with their shells more fragmented and integrated into their frames, and already tuned for self transportation and combat, the first proper transformers.

After this Primus creates 12 Primes, Special outlier Transformers who received more of Primus' spark compared to normal transformers. To his suprise, some of the energy he used to make the 12 merge with the spark of the Cyber Sapien chief whose death inspired the transformer design, becoming Convoy Prime, and declaring himself the guardian of normal Cybertronian's, though having no knowledge of his past life. The idea would be that many sparks would reincarnate, with Convoy being reborn many times through Cybertronian history, eventually becoming Optimus

Also, with the idea that Primes are different to normal Cybertronians at a Spark Level, an additional factor of the matrix would be to transform a normal spark into a Prime Spark

Okay, this is a concept of a pre war story similar to IDW1 with shades of IDW 2. Basically Orion is a cop while Megatron is a gladiator and political activist, being the leader of the Ascenticons, a political movement protesting the corrupt status quo, with the Autobots also being a similar movement, just with slightly different ideals, and both would have extremist groups, for the autobots it is the Lightning Strike Coolition, lead by another Gladiator, Grimlock, while for the Ascenticons their extremist faction is the Rise, lead by the shadowy gangster known as Galvatron, who wears the same frame as Megatron but in a different colour with different kibble. In what is unlikely to be a surprise, Galvatron turns out to be Megatron using an electronic paint job and swappable parts, to allow himself to control the Rise publicly while also being allowed to run free.

In a benign vein that could serve as foreshadowing, Jazz would be some kind of celebrity, either a musician or racer, who while in that job goes by Meister and uses his G1 colour scheme, while when wanting to have a lower profile he uses his real name and his 07 colour scheme, also using a Electronic Paint job.

A concept for an Injustice to Shattered Glass's Earth 3.
Basically at some point in the pre war campaign against a corrupt government, Orion Pax is arrested. Following Orion's wishes Megatronus does not attempt to free him and allows him to live out his sentence, and without Orion's influence commits himself to the darker path of Megatron. Now while Sentinel Prime wants Pax to be tortured and reprogrammed to serve the senate, the warden is a good mech and refuses to permit this.

However in another universe Megatronus tries and fails to free Orion, and in the process the warden is killed, and the new warden is more willing to use Sentinel's tactics. While he doesn't break enough to be a senate pawn, Pax's sanity is broken and he develops an obsession with power. Meanwhile something causes Megatronus to have an epiphany, perhaps seeing how the warden was someone he could respect, someone who didn't deserve to die, so he resolves to become a more heroic person. Ultimately Orion frees himself and goes onto confront Sentinel, killing him and renaming himself Nemesis Prime, who is opposed by Megatronus, with both factions having members that are usually Autobots and ones that are usually Decepticons.

I have some ideas about different types of combiner:
Gestalts: Gestalts are born with a spark bond connecting all components with their frames configured to allow them to combine together. This spark bond means that Gestalts are far more powerful combined than when they are separate.
Scramble City: Scramble city combiners are normal Cybertronian's surgically modified to combine. Lacking the spark bond they are significantly weaker than a gestalt, furthermore where a separate persona emerges with gestalts when they combine, SC Combiners do not have this, and must instead balance their 5 individual components. However, because of the lack of a spark bond, they can combine any combination of core bot and 4 limb bots instead of needing a specific team.
Frame: Based on legacy Menasor, Frame combiners are effectively, a core bot combined with a skeletal frame, with 4 subordinates attached, effectively as armour and additional power cores. They are a little weaker than SC Combiners but the limb bots have no control over the combined form, making them more singular in nature.
Power Core Combiners: possessing the same spark bond as gestalts, power core combiners are not configured for combination, hence the name, only their power core can combine. They are likely to undergo scramble city modification, allowing them to access the combination process.

The enigma of combination is capable of reformatting any group including elevating SC combiners or reconfiguring PCCs into Gestalts.

Bugbite originated as Shattered Glass Bumblebee. Bumblebee travels to a few different universes where he takes on the name Bugbite to join each universe’s evil Decepticons or Mercenaries.

He eventually gets destroyed and is rebuilt as Goldbug.

As Bugbite again, he finally founded the planet Goldbugtron in another universe and it’s race of Goldbugs. Only the pronunciation got distorted over time…

Unicron as the Enemy Within. In this universe, the legend goes that Primus couldn't defeat Unicron so he crashed both of them into the Asteroid that would be Cybertron and transformed into a prison surrounding his ancient foe. But, Unicron's whispers still rise to the surface convincing the Transformers to work to free him. Similar to the movie comics and Transformers vs G I Joe, Cybertron itself would transform into the planet destroying Unicron as the ultimate culmination of the Decepticon's plan to cyberform the Galaxy as well as their common specific plan to turn Cybertron into a planetary dreadnought.

    Nova Prime’s secret clone army:

So I’m playing with the idea of Nova Prime starting up a bunch of secret invasions/wars on alien worlds during his reign as prime. Straight up genocide level shit. He views it as “clearing the path for cybertronians to thrive in a hostile and uncivilized universe.” And in a secret war you need soldiers, mass produced soldiers. So my headcanon is that they mass produced this body type,
    84906974-A702-44C3-8DE7-D0D4D93C7242.jpeg
and used them as commandos in illegal warfare off planet. Obviously in a bunch of different colors not just the pink lol.

I’m picturing Paradron as a colony that is already partially established, but dwindling. Their capital is the exiled Titan Vigilem that crashed there during the 13 primes’ reign. Anyways Nova Prime ends up cutting these soldiers off and abandoning them out in space, so I’m picturing a lot of them just ending up at Paradron seeking a new life. Millions of years later and nobody knows why there’s so many of this body type running around all the colonies, especially Paradron, but it’s just a regular fact of life by that point.

Oh and the reason the Quintessons sell cybertronians is both from the multiple attempts to take over Cybertron in the past and the over abundance of commandos scattered around. They were able to mass produce some various body types, and used a laser core in place of a spark because they didn’t have access to that part of Cybertronian biology, even with how advanced they are. Even worse, these mass produced knockoffs were actually sentient, just not through having a spark. So they were creating and trafficking living beings. This led to the spread of rumors saying the Quintessons created the “transformers” a slur created by organic races for cybertronians and similar species

And the ironic part, Arcee is entirely unrelated to them. She did at some point adopt this body type while evading the functionist council from finding her. But it was just a temporary body.

Also to tie in the raptoricons fron expanded beast wars media, my version of their backstory are a commando squad lost on an alien planet that eventually ran out of energon and went into stasis. They’re eventually found and reformatted, becoming these monsters in the process.

Fortress Maximus was a different, powerful titan whose head and brain was destroyed but whose spark still burns (off the top of my head, since he's depicted as really powerful and dies by having his head destroyed, perhaps Iaconus). With his head gone, leaving him functionally brain dead, this titan is left non operational and stuck in city mode. Then some big crisis happens, maybe something connecting to the Quintessons or Unicron, and a scientist called Fortress constructs a machine called the Emissary, a giant powerful robot in it's own right, which can be piloted by a normal transformer combining with it, but the Emissary itself is connected to the titan, and is able to transform into the Titan's head, allowing the titan to live again, driven by the mind of Emissary's pilot, originally Fortress himself, hence Fortress Maximus, but over the centuries different Autobots have taken the role such as Galen, Gran Plasma and eventually Cerebros.

The origin of the SG Autobots:

With the death of the last Overlord, the once expansive Cybertronian Empire began to fall apart at the fringes. In response, the Imperial Senate launched an intensive military crackdown against the colony worlds in an attempt to reassert control. This aggression inflamed the already existing turmoil in the colonies, giving birth to various insurgent groups. Things reached a turning point when a Cybertronian soldier named Optimus Prime executed his commander and, with his loyalists, defected to the cause of the colonists. Promising emancipation from Cybertronian control, Optimus Prime organized the colonial militias into a single separatist faction: the Autobots. Antilla, the oldest of the colonies, became the first to fly the Autobot flag. Before long, Autobot ideology spread like wildfire through the other colonies. And as their forces swelled, they began annexing new territories outside of Cybertronian space, seeking to establish a dominion of their own, mighty enough to rival the power of the homeworld.

The Decepticon Headmasters as Nebulans who bionically enhanced themselves and merged with Cybertronian wildlife so they can stand head-to-head vs the Transformers whose war has devastated their planet. Also homages the original concept that the bodies were real animals the heads bonded with to combine brawn with brain.
