Was curious to see what people were doing when they see this. I'm torn between the 2D and the 3D.

    1. 2D
    2. 3D
    3. IMAX 3D
    4. I'm not seeing TF:AOE

None of my local/nearest cinemas have IMAX.

    Needs the multi-option poll.

Thursday night is 2D. Friday morning is real IMAX 3D. I like to see movies in 2D before 3D ever since the first Hobbit.

Transformers in 3D hurts my eyes. Then again, any movie in 3D hurts my eyes. I don't care for it.

Though, I'll likely end up seeing it in 3D, 2D is my answer.

As someone who wears glasses in his day to day life, 3D loses a lot of appeal for me. 2D is just fine.

I will be seeing it in 2D.

3D and above ruins the cinematography for me. I love looking at the cinematography and enjoying the film, not straining my eyes and feeling dizzy.

Depends. I have a friend that might take me to the theater or I might watch it when it comes out online or I'll just read what happens in the movie and buy the DVD later on which is what I normally do.

I'm going to see it first at the midnight (well really 9 PM) 3D showing at my theatre. Its like seeing it in IMAX because we have what they call RPX which is a bigger screen than normal ones and better sound quality.

Then on Saturday I'm going to the IMAX to see it.

3D. It's the latest fad, but a MBay film in 3D is definitely a viewing experience not to miss.

    I don't know.

I'd probably prefer it to not be in 3D, but Imax sounds like a kick-ass experience.

Would love to see it in IMAX But I don't have one locally :(

My biggest question is do I see it in 2D early Wednesday morning or in 3D Late Wednesday night?

Dolby Atmos 3D first. When deciding on the two formats, I figured sound quality trumped all else. :)

If I enjoy the film (a likely prospect), I'll see it again on IMAX 3D.
