Hi guys, would like to ask for some advice on re-attaching the arm of a Cliffjumper I got off Ebay (the seller did not mention the arm being detached).

I was thinking of using super glue but would be arm might become immovable and the glue might have some effect on the plastic too.

Any advice/info will be greatly appreciated. :)

Please excuse the quality of the pic, I used my mobile's camera which has no real macro:

Yup, the plastic it pegs into is still attached to the body.

So is the peg just loose in the plastic? If it is, a small amount of superglue in the hole of the plastic should hold in the peg. It might be easier to take it apart first, to make sure its aligned correctly.

Yes, thanks, I'll dissemble it first before gluing. :)

I would just buy a $5 G2 Hubcap or something and replace the whole arm. I think they are basically all identical. There should just be one screw on the bottom that holds on a little metal plate. Take that off, and you can swap out the arm easily.

A keychain Cliffjumper would also work wonders as far as replacement innards or arms.

Thanks guys, I have a red CJ in rather poor condition which I might get the arm from.

I wouldn't take this advice. Those keychains are made of some really cheap plastic.

My keychains have held up nicely, they don't feel any cheaper than the minibots I got from the Encore boxed set.
