Scored a deal over on Buyee a couple weeks ago. Thing was only about two pounds so I figured I'd easily have enough cash to handle the shipping fees. And then it showed up. Apparently the domestic shipping fee alone was a whopping 5000 JPY for some god-forsaken reason, and for some other god-forsaken reason this was never mentioned in either the item description nor from the forwarder. Mind you the price for the item itself was already about $100, so it's not like I can just dispose of the package, nor can I just casually rake up $70 on the spot for something that absolutely isn't worth $170. So, what do I do?
