Pretty interesting video on the CGI behind Megan Fox that shows some earlier prototypes of her YouTube - Transformers 2: CGI Megan Fox Even Hotter This Time
That was actually pretty clever. Bay sure knows how to poke fun at himself and is at least a good sport.
Wasn't he in one of the scenes where he was directing the person next to the CGI invisible Megan? Oh I guess not.
Hint: that wasn't him. But Bay does know how to poke fun at himself, if not he wouldn't have done that Verizon commercial. Funny video, by the way!
worth a giggle but I dunno seems like they had a good idea for a joke but then just flat lined by just saying she's hot... we all know she's not the best actress plus we all know the CGI has been stepped up for TF2 so why not link that improved cgi with her improved "realistic cgi" acting? Ok I'm not comic writer but its at least something more then saying "Megan fox is so hot she's not real"
Why make it overly complicated when the joke's premise is the same? I don't think you want to do that, especially since probably 99% of the young males that watched Transformers were too busy looking at how hot Megan Fox is..nobody remembers her acting!
Or the Commonwealth bank ad in Oz that mercilessly riffs his perceived persona of the "style over substance" director addicted to explosions.
Actually, the one line of hers that made me cringe was the 'I fall for guys with big muscles' line (paraphrasing) from the cliff scene with Sam. When I first heard her utter it in theatres, I thought it was supposed to be tongue-in-cheek and she'd go 'ah-ha-ha-ha-ha, just kidding.' Then the scene kept going. That was horrible. It was a horrible line, but she wasn't even trying. John Turturro annoyed me more during the SUV part.
