...I think the fact people who absolutely loved the first four films came back saying the fifth was a total disaster, along with TLK managing to crash the franchise with a 100 million dollar loss might be a big hint that the film is one of the worst productions of this decade.

The movies are bad (I love 'em, but they're bad) and inconsistent. Cyberverse has crap dialogue, rushed pacing, shit voice acting, so-so animation.

    In your opinion.

I'm inclined to agree with you, but you responded to him saying your posts are opinions with... another opinion.

Newbie, I am not going to allow you to get away with this one. F1s having safety features, but you don't have designs of your own to show? Fine. Jazz flirting? Fine. Crossovers out the wazoo? Whatever.

Michael Bay was not the sole bad egg in this series. He's one of them, but there are wa-a-a-A-ay too many people to name who made movies 2-4 what they are (I like the first one, fight me): writers, producers, cast members, VFX artists, they all had some part in it, Tina. Michael Bay can absolutely make a great film with the right tools. Armageddon is dumb fun, but Pain & Gain and 13 Hours are genuinely good movies.

    ...oh, Bob-o!

I'd like to see Stark build a suit using cybertronian technology.

...how do you forget the death of one of the most important characters of the MCU? Especially given how he dies?

Eh, we wouldn't need Stark; just Parker, since he was actually IN Marvel's first TF story arc (and since Fury made a one-panel cameo in the same issue, you could just have SLJ pop in long enough to send Parker to Oregon to investigate while the rest of the Avengers are off doing whatever).

I still don't see it being any more advanced than the endgame suit.

I say, let's get a history of good MCU-caliber TF films FIRST, before worrying about becoming part of the MCU. Bumblebee was a good start. . .Paramount really needs to use this gap in release time wisely, and thoroughly and carefully plan any future entries. . . .May be time for a completely new take (that takes the good qualities of Bumblebee). . .

Can I get a witness???Lorenzo could learn so much from Kevin Feige. . .

I agree with you for the most part.

Where I may have to differ (depending on your context) is this: IF the tools you speak of are: being completely knowledgeable and respectful of the source material; working with a team who also has those same attributes; designs that recognizably evoke the classic incarnations of the characters they are supposed to represent, and not haphazard changes just for the sake of change; great character development and sensible, continuity-respecting storytelling; no stereotypes and no misplaced humor; no misplaced, overemphasized Dr. Ruthesque scenes that bog down the pacing of the movie; no more TF-are-the-reason-behind-Earth-XYZ-event/invention; no more Women and Girls/Female Characters-exist-only-to-be-T&A-and-add-nothing-significant-to-the-plot, then Bay and Co. can have at the whole tool cabinet. Hell, they could have the whole workshop:lol :lol . . .

I recall reading the script for Pain & Gain (long before it hit the screen), and it was pretty solid-maybe being based on a true story may have helped that some. Haven't seen Bay's take on it, but I recall the trailers showing some of what I read. I've not seen 13 Hours, but I can say The Rock was good. Bay and Co. are decent (to some extent) when they're not concerned with Cybertronians. . .Bringing Travis and Christina on-board was definitely a step in the right direction. . .
