War for Cybertron / Fall of Cybertron video games on youtube?

I'm seeing several versions plus separate Autobot and Decepticon campaigns.

For someone who knows absolutely nothing about video games and just wants to go through it and get the story, where do I start? Where do I go after?

Start with the Decepticon campaign in War for Cybertron, then the Autobot campaign. Fall of Cybertron's campaign is one big campaign so just watch that straight through.

Does this end with Prime's "This is a message to Autobots out there, ect..." broadcast?
The one seen in the Arcee / Cliffjumper flashback episode and at the start of Rescue Bots?

    C'mon man f'real.

Do these games lead into the Prime show directly or will I need some comic for where Prime sends out that broadcast?

[I know about the cross-media inconsistencies, not an issue because I really don't care about the video games or the comics]

No not realy though its claimed they lead to G1 there arnt any real order than chronological.

Try watching it naked while riding a Watter Buffalo wearing a Snorkle covered in green jam in a counter clockwise direction then placed in a preheat oven for seven years at 7000 degrees and served on a bed of rice and rocket with a chilled glass of Root beer.

well thats how i watch it.

There is no real reason to wait to start Prime. If anything, seeing the video games first will just leave you wondering "why does everyone look so different?"

The stories in the games *ARE* good though, and worth watching. Just don't expect anything resembling a direct tie from them into the show.

THAT'S what I was looking for.
I see. So I can just consider the game-storyline as it's own separate thing, it's not necessarily THE chain of events that led to Prime [the show].

Prime I've been through a bunch of times.
Plus, I'm seeing how the Rescue Bots episodes fit into the Prime episodes now. Not so far as mapping it out, but a solid realization that it works at least.
That got me to wondering about the games but either way, they look great. I'll be going through them tomorrow.

Got my oven preheated and Green Jam on standby....

The only way the games tie to the series is because a PR moron claimed they did. The games have nothing to do with the shows. In fact, War was intended as a prequel to a neo-G1 continuity by its developers. It was only after the fact that said PR-M tried to tie it to Prime. If you attempt to connect them you have more plot holes to fill than swiss cheese. It's best to think of the games as entirely seperate, if somewhat inspired by the same source, from the shows.

No, they were paid to try and connect two completely unrelated things. Rise of the Dark Spark is also trying to connect the games to the movies (or so it seems).
