Got him for retail (inflated price for him as is) and he's nice but not worth much more than that imo. If you can't get him for retail or close to retail, my advice would be get the TR version and wait for a good offer or for them to reissue him at some point.

Lmao “boohoo I found it hard to get my toy. That means someone’s life should be ruined!!!!”

Grow up. Not getting a toy is not the end of the world.

Retail price. If I can’t find something for retail, then it doesn’t exist as far as I’m concerned, and I don’t miss it.

I think someone at Walmart made that call. They say jump and suppliers ask ‘how high, and how do you want your handjob, sir’, according to what I’ve read; they dictate all their exclusives.

Also ignorant. No one give these store exclusives. They pay for the exclusives. Remember, we are not Hasbro's customers - the retailers are. Walmart and Target buy far more toys from Hasbro than collectors do. Walmart says what it would like, and it is Walmart that determines the allotment.

People wonder why others see collectors as embarassments. Statements like that make all fandoms look bad.

As it stated, Hasbro ultimately has no control on this Cosmos availability. Walmart paid for it, and Hasbro produced it. If Hasbro produced low numbers, it's because Walmart only asked for that much.

Then you just don't do Cosmos at all until it doesn't have to be an exclusive.

    *Monkey's paw curls*

SS86 Scrapper is now Wal-Mart exclusive instead. And shortpacked.

Not the other Constructicons. Just Scrapper.

Retail. I found him once and bought him and want another. I'd also like a Legacy Dead End, Hasbro. Never even saw that wave on the shelves. Why do a damned combiner and not enable people to find the all the limbs in the wild?

Found Cosmos on a number of occasions in my area. I even helped out a few folks on TFW.

Not necessarily, since the two they made before Legacy are both much better toys.
