I have already spent $70 on anime Galvatron but with Cybertron winding down I don't think I'll spend more on it than past year. Since I buy mostly Decepticons it won't be too much. However I plan to collect Sigma 6, Marvel Legends, and Star Wars Transformers so I'll still be broke most of the time. I have to guess my total expenditures on toys this year to be around $600~$800 total but may be a lot less if I can control myself.
Lots and lets leave it at that Got a MIB Victory Leo on the way so 06 is already off to a costly start.
After prowl I plan on only getting decepticon alternators released this year, so whatever that comes to but i doubt it'll go higher than eighty.
I'm hoping to keep it under a grand ... hoping and praying to god it stays under a grand. already purchased: Alternators Tracks, Sunstreaker, Skids, Prowl = $80 Cybertron Minicon 2 packs (x2) = $10 Cybertron Super Starscream (x2 @ $11ea) = $22 coming up: (prices are estimates including shipping) TFC21 = $50 eHobby Twincast = $80 Takara Battle Convoy = $65 eHobby Battle Magnus = $85 THS-02 G1 Convoy = $50 that's $442 accounted for ... and it doesn't include new Cybertron figures and more Alternators
Probably around $4000, if I can find everything I want. I hope to get Autofire, Battle Gaia and Guard city, and I've already spent a lot on Cybertron, headmaster heads and dinocassettes.
Too freaking much!!! I'm planning to go to my first Botcon, so that'll definately blow my budget out of the water. Not done too bad to start with though.
Im with you , Im in that leauge also I need to get the G1 loose collection done and that is with a double set of each combiner and then when the loose work is done I have a new project to also involving G1...Its nice to have dreams and kil you wallet at the same time
I've pretty much stopped getting Alts because they don't impress me like they used to, and I've dropped Marvel Legends. That leaves the new Sigma 6 habit I've been growing, but I have almost all of the characters I want from that. That just leaves the few Cybertron toys for me. I'm hoping maybe around $500 tops.
So far, I spent nearly $200 in a span of one month. Let's just say, I'll be spending a butt load of money this year.
Too Much already. 1.MP Votron = $150.00 2.GF Primus = $99.98 3.GF Autovolt = $28.99 4.Conan the Barbarian Sword = $250.00 Total 528.97 I am only half way threw January. I still have 11 1/2 months to go.
Under a grand please!!! Honestly, I'll grab : THS-02 G1 Convoy Alternator Optimus Prime Alternator Mirage Galaxy Force Primus Cybertron Menasor Cybertron Unicron Cybertron Downshift Cybertron Dark Crumplezone Cybertron Doubleclutch Cybertron hovercraft (what's his name again?) New molds for BW Primal and Meg MAYBE Predaking, Overlord, Scorponok and Sky Lynx (or least one of the 4) Missing Cheetors
Significantly less than last year. Mostly due to much less SW product and there only being a handful I plan to get doubles of. I've already picked up what I need of the first two waves and haven't even cracked $100. Future waves are rife with repacks/retreads and only one army builder (Utapau clone), and very few 'new' vehicles due this year. Fewer ML waves and/or figures I'm interested in and lack of any 'army builder' big guys like Sentinel will probably mean less spent there. GIJoe, I dunno. The future of DTC is unclear at this point, though the first two waves, ~$150-200 is all it took to get everything I needed, and there's fewer vehicles slated for this year from what I understand. TFs = about the same. Even if I don't go to Botcon, I plan to order the non-attendee set, provided it's any good. Cybertron, Alts., the occasional Japanese import and Ebay buys ought to be about the same...provided I don't blow more on Ebay overall since retail spending looks to be less than last year.
Unless I finally decide to go to a pschiatrist this year I expect my spending to be in the $1000's. Its a good thing I finally dropped out of SW and sold off my collection, otherwise it would be even more.
I calculated I spent over 9 grand last year. Didn't really feel like I spent that much, so this year, I'd like to spend a little less. Maybe like 4 to 5 grand.
A hell of a lot. Hopefully less, since I might be able to catch up faster than they can put out new stuff. New expensive stuff anyway. Depends on how many rare Japanese things I can get my hands on.
I haven't spent much on toys lately, but the BW 10th Anniversary has brought me back in the game. So this year I'll be spending it on them. Also any new Alternators that interest me. Good thing I'm not buying too many because I'm planning to get my license and a car before my senior year is done. Well... I'm not sure about the car but I'm planning to get the license very soon. Don't know why I never did it earlier. Anyways, I'm getting off-topic, so carry on.
