Lol at the ppl saying once, no instructions. I wonder if that's why ppl tend to break MP Megatron......

I only transform them if they come in vehicle mode. Once a robot that's it.....on the shelf never to be touched.

Usually once to whatever mode it's not in, with or without instructions, and back to the first mode without instructions and I have it memorized. Except for my ROTF Ratchet. I haven't touched him since I got him...

One go and I can transform it easily after that.

Half the instructions don't make sense half the time anyway!

It depends on the figure, but it usually doesn't take me very long. Usually I can get it memorized after one or two transformations.

I'm a toy designer. I look at a toy for a few seconds and can identify it's transmech quite easily. 90% of my collection I've memorised, 9% are customs which I personally designed the transmech for, and the remaining one percent I just look at each time to get the transformation.

My girlfriend got me the toys R us masterpiece rodimus yesterday and let's just say, after 10 minutes of trying to half way transform him I gave up and turned him back in to rodimus and put him on my desk...so for me, depending on the figure, it can take a long time to learn and memorise a former. I'm not to proud of this... Lol

Generally, 2 runs with no instructions.
    MP-01 took me to 4.
Cybertronian OP, I lost count, and I'm still at it.

Just takes me one or two transformations. Then I just do it better each time. It really does depend on the toy though because some Transformers have terrible transformations that are, as someone else said in this thread, not very intuitive at all.
