Hey guys, I recently found out that the toyworld build a fiure starscream is still happening to my surprise. I ordered Bulldog a while back and he arrived with no part. It turns out the BAF pieces weren't ready for the first shipment so the first Bulldogs were shipped without them.

I saw a few people on TFW mention that you should contact the shop or toyworld to recieve the piece. Kapow didn't seem to have recieved any and I am having a very hard time finding an outlet to contact toyworld directly. If anyone knows how, please let me know.

Gonna be really miffed if I don't get these pieces after buying the figures they're meant to come with...

You should ask in this thread. I heard from here that you could get the part from other stores. But I’m not sure. Good luck though

Same thing happened to me. I got my Bulldog from baba on Ebay a while ago and he did not come with the BAF part. I contacted baba and he never received the BAF parts from Toyworld and does not plan to.

I want the starscream, but not all of the others to get the parts. I've given up on getting one, you can't even get the parts when you're supposed to.

Fuck them and how they did this. I'm not going to buy any of this line. I won't be the least bit surprised when they release starscream in multiple colors, regardless of what they say they will do now.

Like this company won't repaint a seeker mold 20 times....

Wow, didn't realise they were this bad... What an absolute mess. Such a shame because I absolutely love their figures that I have so far. Really disappointed in their service.

You'd think they could have just halted the bulldog launch until the BAF parts were ready...

Toyworld is entirely radio silent. When I had an issue once with a figure of theirs I got nothing as a reply to multiple queries and even BBTS couldn't get any info out of them after I switched gears and went back to the retailer (and they had no matching parts or any more of the figures at the time). Finally after a year BBTS just gave up on any chance of resolution from Toyworld and gave me the option for a full refund if I sent the figure back to them, which I did. Props to BBTS though for allowing a refund a full year post-purchase though. I had been in contact with them about once a month on my support ticket for the duration to get updates on the situation and they came to the conclusion that even retailers would never get replacement parts.
Sad part is some of Toyworld's stuff are actually pretty good figures... if you get one with good QC.

Yeah, I was scrolling down waiting to see this. Appropriate.

Sad to hear that even 'new and improved' Toyworld has horrible, radio-silent customer service.

I would go a bit further and ask your seller if THEY can reach out for the BAF part. But I don't know how much better TW contact with a seller is vs. a customer. And I figure it's likely the same.

I contacted them on WeChat once for a broken part and got the not so friendly response to instead contact the seller.

If you contact them praising their products and saying you hope they will release much more in the future, you might get a reply.

If you contact them to ask about missing parts or a QC issue...you might have more luck praying to Buddha.
