Ok so I plan on pre-ordering dark side soundwave from kapow toys and I need a few questions answered before I do. 1. Do I get a e-mail when they are just starting to be shipped? 2. If a release date is shown will I get a e-mal? 3. How long does it take to ship? Thanks for the help.
I've ordered many many things off Kapow now, so... 1. You get an email when yours has been posted, if that's what you mean. They won't email because I doubt they know exactly when they're due to arrive. Their Facebook page is useful, and if you email them they're always prompt and friendly 2. Nope 3. Once they get an item, you'll usually get it 2-3 days max. Like I said, if you email them you'll always get a reply.
Kapow usually post updates for stock coming in on their Facebook page. You usually only get an email confirming it has been dispatched to you. Shipping is usually a couple of days depending on the volume they have to send out. When MP17 came in, it took a few days, however my last order was less than 24 hours.
Placed my first order with them a few weeks ago. But since it has Tigris it will be a while I suppose. Planning on making a second order soon. I wonder how long it will take to ship across the pond.
