How does BWN Saberback's weapon work?

    Hey guys,

    I'm having trouble getting Beast Wars Neo Saberback's tail/flower weapon to stay open. I keep pulling down on the green plate like the instructions say but it doesn't click or anything. When I pull down on the green plate a little harder nothing happens. Since the instructions are in Japanese, I'm at a loss. Does anyone understand how to make the tail/flower weapon stay open? Thanks!

    There is nothing wrong with what you are doing, the tail does not stay open unless you glue it or rubber band it. Hope that answers your question.
