That the hunted Transformers were Autobots, not Decepticons? I would like to think he'd have disproved of it but, America hardly gave the Autobots Political Asylum after the disbanding of NEST which allowed them to be hunted in the first place.
Attinger was apparently in charge of giving the autobots a place to stay after they were given amnesty, that's what I got from it. So instead of giving the autobots a place to stay he sicked cemetery wind on them. As far as the president knew, the autobots were safe and given a home, the president even wanted a photo with prime. So if the president actually knew about the autobots being hunted down, this would be a much darker film
Well, most likely the President would push for some order to stop the hunt, but the branches would deadlock that order until the President dealt with other things, like Religious freedoms, stopping his useless attempts regarding immigration, and claiming the multitudes need more money.
