Seriously, I keep thinking that I'm missing something in the instructions, but has anyone succeeded in standing ROTF Sideswipe with his wheels below his feet?
Heheh ok, but am I right in assuming that the feet are supposed to have the wheels protuding out from under them? Aside from that little nuance, he is the best Transformer I have bought in a long time, edit: Got it, I just tilted his feet back.
Yeah, thanks. Finally figured it out. I didn't want too have to lean him against anything. Man I hope this guy gets some screen time. He looks foking awesome. Did you guys see Ransack? I don't think there has ever been a alt mode based on something that old, Astrotrain probably being the most dated vehicle.
the easiest thing to do is to angle his feet so that the front gray piece touches the front of his leg (hope that makes sense) and then leave his feet alone. then just position his hips and knees as needed. it makes him SUPER stable now. he standing on my bedroom carpet at the moment while im doing some bashing and even walking around him and jumping up and down on the floor he still wont fall. try that out
another way to do it is to rotate the foot around so the small part is in front and the bumper part is in back, and he stands better and has the more wheels for feet thing going on...
Pointing his toes up and balancing him on his heels works for me. And then if you prefer you can turn his feet around so his heel is at the front. I still would've liked a better way for him to be able to stand though.
u I was wondering when these designs came out how these Gizmo Ducks were going to stand without some kind of stand.
