i searched and i did not see any thread about this hahaha i know some what of a random topic. well i am not a big fan of growing my hair infact i love to keep my hair nice and short and i recently got a buzz cut today and my air is like 1/4th of an inch long probably even shorter than that and what i want to know is how can i keep my hair this way for awhile without messing it up. i got a couple of electric razors at home if it might help me.
I just use one of those Wahl electric trimmers,but I don't even put one of those plastic guards on it.So my hair is as short as it can be without completely shaving my head bald(which is my next step because it's going fast).
I used to use Headblade but the Gillette Mach 3/Pro series are better. I own the Gillette Mach3/pro series and a Schick Quattro Titanium. The Schick I like because it offers the performance of the Gillette's but a 1/2 the price XD
disposable razor, once a week. Once you know to shave with the grain, it's easy. And always moisturise
electric clippers and cut as short as possible. i like to keep a little fuzz up there because i hate, HATE the feeling of a bald head, lol.
I just shave my head using the same supplies and methods that I use to shave my face, nothing unique or fancy. I use a Schick Quattro Titanium razor and can usually get about a month's worth of use out of a cartridge if I dry the blades after use. Shaving cream is just whatever happens to be on sale at the time and I don't bother with aftershave or moisturizer. I find that if I make four passes (with the grain, against the grain and from each side), it takes about 3 - 4 days before my hair gets long enough to annoy me and require shaving again.
yea i will try and find out what those electric razors are called but ill try and find out but how do i keep my head shaved properly wihtout messing it up.
Luckily I have my wife shave it for me,that is until the time comes where I have to use a razor and completely shave it off(then I'm on my own).
lol sorry I just had to read this because you see I'm being treated at the city of hope cancer treatment center right now and the thigns they put in your welcome packet are stuff like the name and numbers of wigmakers and how to keep your head shaved properly, no joke! Hopefully I won't lose my hair. Us chicks just don't look good with bald heads.
no she didn't what would really suck is if someone had like bad dandruff or dry scalp and shaved their head and all you see is the dry skin
I used to Bic my head regularly until a blade broke one day and I cut my head before I realised what had happened. Now I just stick with one of those electric shavers like you get at the barbers. No plastic height adjuster things, just use the shaver on its own. Leaves a small layer of fuzz but I'm fine with that. I used to refresh the shave every week but now I'm lazy and tend to only run over it once a month. I just did it yesterday, funnily enough.
My hair's a good 4-5 inches long now, but when I go on streaks of shaving my head, I just use the ol' Mach 3 Pro glide fusion and shave twice a week. The first time, I always have to buzz my hair really low of course, but after that, it's literally a 3 minute thing.
