I have Titan Skorponok on pre-order.
I don’t normally get figures larger than Leader. I got Sky(jet)fire despite his size because he is a grail figure for me. Fortunately he fits in a detolf.

Skorpy is also a grail figure... but at almost 2’ tall he’s just too big. However I am keeping him on pre-order because:
1) he is a grail figure
2) I do like the headmaster / headmaster gimmick I passed up on Fort Max.

So how do people with cases store / display their Titan sized figures?

 

On top for me..

 

Base mode and covered in figures. They're too tall to stand up in robot mode, except for trypticon who can just fit in if he leans forward a little and stands sideways. And covering them in figures means that shelf can still hold a good number.

 

Mine just stand on the floor along the wall in a corner under some shelving.

 

When I moved into my current apartment, I planned my collection room from the ground up. Fortunately, a fellow collector recommended me Ikea's Bestå series.



The bottom portion is large enough to fit a Titan Class figure standing upright if you leave out the glass shelf. The only problem I had was with Trypticon, whose tail made it impossible to have him stand straight with the door closed, so he has to stand at an angle.

 

The autobot Titans fit pretty well in a typical Ikea Billy case.

Mine sit on the floor.

 

Mine stand on boards on the floor, way too big for my shelves and don't want them to topple from high up.

 

I've got my four-six if you count Devastator and Predaking-standing on the floor in robot mode. Base mode would take up way too much space, especially with Scorponok on the way.

 

So I’m thinking out of the detolf, unless I sacrifice a shelf.
My cases are in the garage (don’t get me started), so Skorpy won’t go on the floor.
However coming up with a custom case on top of the detolf might be in order. Might even lead to an even better idea.

 

Serious response:
Top of your existing display case is usually the easiest and cheapest method. Invest in a step stool or ladder. Remember to dust the top of your case periodically and blow off dust from your figures.

Not serious response:
On the other hand, you could always move out of your home, rent an apartment, and then visit your Titans once a week.

I have TR Fortress Maximus next to Siege Omega Supreme on the bottom shelf of an IKEA Billy with glass doors. And UW Devastator and TR Predaking on the shelf on top of them. I recently opened TR Trypticon and I don’t know where to put him. I can’t put him on top. And, I have a Skorponok preorder.
I don’t want to move my Robotech to make space. Fuuuuu....

 

On a shelf...

 

I once saw a guy (online) who had an entire apartment living space with the sole purpose of storing a crapload of transformers. Mostly misb stuff. Nobody lived in there. It was just storage space, lol. The guy decided to sell all of it.

 

Here are Siege Omega Supreme and Titans Return Fortress Maximus inside my Ikea Bestå cabinets:

 

You guys are brave putting them up so high (Devastator in particular). I'm too scared, they're either on my desk if I'm fiddling, otherwise they stay on the ground or the lowest shelf.

 

What are those shelves? What are their dimensions? and where can I get them?

 

Mine are just on bookcase with the middle shelf removed, will probably upgrade when i get more titans.
