Soo...while continuing to set aside the issue(s) of EXTREMELY poor moderating and the resultant, nonsensical locking of my perfectly legitimate threads a few years ago (we'll get back to that, don't worry), I'm having trouble finding some of my older posts. Well, a LOT of them, actually. When I click my username and then my stats and then "Find All Posts by...," it seems to cap off at the 10 page mark, excluding one old post for each new post I make. And yet my older posts don't seem to be flat-out deleted, just impossible to track down THAT way. So is there ANY way to find ALL my old posts here? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
Sooo, you're going to start off by insulting the entire staff and tell them how terrible they are, putting it in ALL CAPS just so we know that you really mean we're just the wost. Then you're going to bring up a years old issue that no one is going to remember (or care about), then you're going to let us know that you're going to continue to bring that up. Than you're going to ask for help. But you ended with a smiley, so it's all good, right...Right? No, we can't help you. Good day.
Hmm. Well, first of all I didn't insult ALL the staff. I merely addressed some poor decision-making on the part of whoever locked my precisely ON-TOPIC threads for no logical reason beyond it simply being easier to pick on the new guy than it was to reprimand the longstanding members continually trolling them. That's a separate issue, and one I never finished addressing with the staff before I had to leave the site for an extended period. And one which I intend to resolve at some point now that I'm finally back online. That's all I was saying there. Apologies for any miscommunication. In the meantime, however...I'd simply like to access my older posts, thanks. Is that even possible? I'll go ahead and post another friendly emoticon just so you know we're still cool. I don't recall your username so I don't think you were involved in that particular fiasco, after all. :-*
Results are capped at 10 total pages. Anything after that, you'd have to look for manually by looking through threads.
Damn, I'd figured as much but hoped there was some kind of workaround I just couldn't find. Bah! Might be a good idea to fix that 10 page cap sometime. Oh, well...thanks for the answer.
