Since Hasbro seemingly forgot how to engineer a simple hinge for Fortress Maximus's main ramp piece resulting in the whole thing not only falling off during transformation but also creating stress marks and tearing itself apart I decided to attempt to fix the problem.

I've already sanded down the section causing the tolerance issues, but one thing remains, that being the ramp now falls out of the hinge because of these two little holes either side.

By filling the gaps it should hopefully fix the numerous problems with the ramp and the figure should be much more fun to transform, but I'm not sure what to use to fill them in.
I need to close the gap without fusing the hinge bits in place. Any ideas how I could do this?

Five Second Fix. That stuff is amazing for these kinds of things. Just put a little glob where you want it, and before it seeps around, hit it with the UV. Done!
