how do I ask for a news credit?

    That's what I can't understand other people who found other tv spots got front paged but I found one it wasn't front paged, why? Why do others receive a news credit and not me?

    Posted a new tv spot in news and rumors today it has new footage all the other tv spots are getting front paged why not mine?
