How Did John DiMaggio was cast as Leadfoot in DOTM?

    John DiMaggio as Leadfoot in DOTM, Who was the Voice Director for the movies?

    I had this little Theory since DOTM Came out. How did John DiMaggio AKA Bender joined the Transformers Voice Cast for the Movies? Is it because he voiced Sideways in the ROTF Game? The Joker in Under the Red Hood? Or maybe he did not got a role in the 2nd flim? I even hoped that he would appeared in the 3rd film, and guess what? He did.

    Anybody else got a say in this?

    Do you think Charlie Adler or Michael Bay was the voice director for the movies?

    Well, he did voice Santa in 'A Tale of Two Santas' on Futurama, so he's had experience voicing large, red-colored robots that love to decimate.

    I think you mean Beast Wars....because she was the voice director in that series.

    Maybe he got the job because he was on the cast last time in ROTF and already on the cast again for the same character in DOTM. Makes it simpler in a lot of cases to have the same VA do two minor characters than two separate people.

    They need do way with instain directors, who cast they DiMaggios.

    Well, it looks like Su Blu was the voice director for Beast Wars, Beast Machines, 26 episodes of Transformers Animated and about the 1st 11 episodes of Transformers Prime. And TONS of other voice directing for non-Transformer stuff inbetween.
