I'm having a problem with my Transformers Cybertron Optimus Prime where the ratchet joint is not working. The peg in the joint is not broken but for some reason the screw keeps losening and even when tight is hit or miss if the ratchet will move. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

(I will post pics later, when I can post them.)

It could be that the spring inside the joint that keeps the 'clicker' piece slipped or something. You would have to open it up and take a look. If you can't keep the part tight even with a screw then I would just use some krazy glue to help with that (after you address the issue inside the joint of course). Use krazy glue because it's strong enough to help but not super strong like Devcon so if you needed to access the inside again down the road, you could just pry it open. If you use Devcon you won't be able to pry it open so easily.

Correct, and it's been moved here.

In the future, please use the "Report" feature to alert Staff about a thread that needs attention instead of posting, thanks.

Yeah, once you click "Report" you should see a post editor. From there, you should be able to just write what needs our attention, and then just submit.
