    The poll options should be
    Small 1- 99
    Medium 100 - 999
    Large 1000 - 2499
    Super Large 2500+

Exactly what I was thinking. I consider mine a mid-range collection, and when people ask, I say "between 150-1500, but one of those numbers may be wrong". If I had to guess, I would say I am sitting at about 2,000 figures. Gotta sell off a few things that haven't seen the light of day in years and get the rest of my G1 knocked out. Currently on a micromaster and pretender kick, and then need to decide if I am going to do Actionmasters.

At least 577 figures. I have not done an inventory of Prime, Animated, Unicron Trilogy, RID 2001 or Beast Wars or G1 so the final number is probably close to 750-800.

235 (not counting Mini-Cons). I started collecting part way through Beast Wars and stopped collecting part way through Energon (Lots of other priorities at the time). Siege actually inspired me to collect again. Pick up Studio Series figures occasionally, And I'm slowly getting figures from some of the previous lines (mostly the Prime Wars Trilogy).

I have around 225 to 250 easily. Alot of mine are put away in boxes. I have no idea where they are in my apt since the boxes are all over my house. I had to do that since i don't have space for display everything i have. Oh and then there's my MOTUC and then my SW Clones on display shelf and then my carded figures too.

I have counted 1500... like 4-5 years ago. Never got the chance again to properly count, because of moving some of them from place A to B (sometimes C) or keeping some entire lines (mostly Movie related) in storage.

Though to be fair my count includes (complete, no upgrades) 3rd party figures - but they make up like, I dunno, perhaps under 10% of my collection.

I am too afraid to count.... If my wife asks, I can't lie to her, she would know.... Easily more than 200 though. I had to restart from scratch toward the end of Generations 30, which is why I mised out on Metroplex. My previous collection was massive however though. I had everything from Beast Wars, Beast Machines, RID 2000, the Unicron Trilogy, Classics, Universe, early Generatons, and the first 2 movies. Also had a good smattering of re-release G1's. Now my collection is dominated by the Prime Wars Trilogy, movie 4 and 5, Studio Series, and Siege, with a healthy dose of Third Party and a few Universe, bought after market, for the second time...

Technically I have started a new collection in each decade of my life. Pre-ten year old, who liked to dismantle everything, late teens to 19 when Beast Wars hit and I had my first job at the mall right beside a K&B Toys (RIP, gawd I miss toy stores!), early 20's (when I joined the Navy and was stationed out of San Diego, Ca) through early 30's where I lived in California with easy access to multiple malls, Wal-Marts, and Toys-R-Us (oh I miss the thrill of the hunt!), and my mid-to-late 30's now where I mostly shop online. I refuse to start again!

Side note, are we counting individual figures that were part of multi-packs, ie minicons and micromasters? I feel the numbers might swell or shrink based on that, lol.

Apologize for my lack of awareness, I didn’t realize how truly big collections can get!

It's kinda mind-boggling huh? Where on Earth do people keep hundreds or thousands of TFs?

A perception of a collection's size depends on each individual.

A person in an apartment could have room for 50 and that would be big to them.

While another in a bigger house could have 300 and think it was big.

And then there's the nefarious people in the upper hundreds or more, who are clearly plotting to take over the universe.

… I think around 500 at this point. I haven't counted in a while. I'd like to get it down to around 100, ideally.

At its largest it was over a 1000.

Exactly. I would place lower (but not low) medium.
