I have yet to find a thread that discusses this.

But I wanted to ask who is going to the Hong Kong Premiere?

More importantly who is going to be making threads about the plot and spoilers?

I am curious to know so I know who's thread to look out for or who to go to in general for certain questions, as well as anyone else who is wondering the same.

 

Damn plane tickets are way too high but I wish I was going.

 

Same reason I am not going, but I mean I'd rather pay 11 dollars to go see it on the normal release day.

 

My cousin is attending the event and sadly I couldn't accompany him.   But he said he'd would answer all my questions once he gets back to his hotel and comprehends the entire movie lol

 

I know right just to see the movie a few days earlier and hear a live performance of battle cry I don't think it is worth it.

I'm contemplating going over to see if I can see anyone on the red carpet. No one I know in Hong Kong actually GOT tickets to the premiere. And it isn't for lack of many of us asking and trying!!

I don't understand why they are having a premiere here if those of us on the ground had no chance of ever getting tickets to see it.  

 

I never actually known how a premiere works, is it open to the public? Like any other theatre? Or do you have to have people in high places in order to get a ticket?

 

This premiere isn't even happening in a 'real' theatre so I'm not sure either...

Looked pretty crazy over there today. I don't think there will be much opportunity for those without tickets to see anything as the red carpet is mostly in an area that won't be visible unless you are in it as it is on a raised platform...

 

Oh, WOW! The world premiere is tomorrow at 9:30 AM EST. I thought it was today since Hong Kong's timezone is hours ahead of us!
