Whenever I inherit my Dad's house, I've got big plans for our basement. It's a nice size and currently Dad and I use it as our workshop for building models and office space. It would be perfect for building into a toy room.

Looking at this auction again.... why would I only get 200 ebay bucks? If i'm spending 250 grand... they could at least hook me up with 1000 or more
