    Yes, this is actually old tech that was new in 1996. I only know this because I was at the display. It was a very, very private event held on the ship I was stationed on where companies brought thier latest "toys" on board to show them off. Its a really nice product but the USN had issues with it because it couldn't hold a very stable image while rocking.
