After watching Transformers One I've been curious, what comic's influenced the story? What comics out there cover the 7 primes and Megatron/ Optimus pre war?

Good question! I haven't watched TF one yet (im watching it tmrw!!) but I could name possibly a few influences. I'll probably edit this once I watch the movie.
    Marvel Comics:
    • D16's first look that he has before he gets a t-cog is based off his marvel design with a black helmet and yellow eyes
    • There was talk of making D-16 a gladiator before this was cut in favor of making him and Orion share a background together for the sake of a shorter runtime. Although IDW was the one that really popularized this (think cyberverse, tfp, WFC trilogy), marvel did this idea with megatron first.
IDW Comics (can't rlly do much in-depth stuff here yet, will edit later once I watch):
    • I've been told there's a scene with Orion making a speech similar to the one he made in IDW's autocracy. will have to find this out for myself

    As far as the Primes?

None, really. IDW's Thirteen (not Seven) were rooted heavily in the Aligned continuity, but they weren't the first Transformers and the exact fates of most of them are entirely unclear.
Honestly, based on what I understand, One's take on the Primes is pretty much entirely unique to the movie (save for their number; Revenge of the Fallen presented the Primes as a group of seven, unnamed individuals, but this isn't an example from comics). For reference, the ancient Primes are usually so old that no one even knows who they were.
