So, I was going to just do this thread on anyone's kill count, but then we'd be polluted with Decepticons and Unicron and the like. So I thought it'd be interesting to ask the question: which Autobot has the highest kill count, based on your own estimates.

According to my rules, Maximals count as Autobots.

    Your criteria is confusing

which Autobot has the highest kill count.

this is referring to the character as a whole, not in just one continuity

In each continuity the character is different from the other one in an other continuity

You could try and stretch the Definition and argue that g1 Marvel and Sunbow can be considered the same but how do you account for Armada or TFA or the Bay Films

    Roger.

In which case, I meant (probably should have worked on my wording) that, for example, all kills made by a certain charater, ever, in any media.

For example, Optimus' kills would be drawn from G1, Marvel G1, G2, RID01, Unicron Trilogy, Bayformers, Animated, Aligned, IDW, Dreamwave, Sunbow, and all others count.

But wouldn’t that give you a fake count

for example G1 Sunbow should come up with a flat Zero (at least on direct kills) while Bayformers could count in the dozens.......they just aren’t the same guys

they might share a name and some basics but they are not the same person/character, at least not the way I define the word

And forgive me, I’m not trying to be a pest , I just want to be clear on what you’re looking for

Don't worry. You're not being a pest. I guess I should specify it, huh?

Let's see... How about just one version of the character?

    That'll be easier.

Technically... IDW Megatron called himself an Autobot and he committed countless genocides on entire planets. I think he wins.

What are we talking about here? Are we saying what character has died the most times throughout the various incarnations, or are we saying what character has killed the most adversaries? Or am I wrong on both?

According to this video, Prime Wheeljack killed 286 Cons during the course of the show:

Granted, some of those are a bit of a stretch/assumption (and the first few kills weren't even Wheeljacks, but a doppelganger) but the count is still well over 200 if we discount then....

I didn’t read all of IDW but wasn’t he calling himself a decepticon when he committed those genocides?

He did not commit any genocides as an Autobot, no. Whether his kill count for a Decepticon follows him when he becomes an Autobot is up for debate. Said debate would probably also encompass characters like IDW Drift. Do the kills he made as Deadlock count as a high Autobot kill count for Drift, or as a high Decepticon count for Deadlock?
That being said, IDW Megatron definitely is directly responsible for at least four deaths as an Autobot: Tarn, Tesaurus, Vos, and Helex.
Marvel Comic Omega Supreme kinda-sorta killed Buzzsaw, Rumble, Frenzy, Starscream, Thundercracker, and Skywarp, giving him six deaths if they actually died (death in the Marvel comic tends to be kind of unclear and very reversible).
IDW Impactor killed the entirety of Squadron X, plus Hubcap, Snare and Guzzle, giving him at least eleven definite kills.
Blades (the G1 Protectobot) hasn't ever done anything of note in fiction, but his bio suggests that he should have a high kill count. Ditto for Repugnus (one of the Monsterbots).
Slag and Grimlock (and, really, the Dinobots in general) are generally implied, if not shown, to have high kill counts.

Depending on how you want to quanitfy the Swarm (IIRC it was implied it kinda sorta assimilates the people it consumes?) Marvel Prime potentially has billions of kills.

Sunstreaker's bio makes it sound like he might have a reasonably high kill count, and in IDW he was at least complicit in the deaths of a couple billion humans (although he didn't directly cause any of them).
Most of the Wreckers probably have fairly high kill counts, now that I think about it.
Marvel UK Flame caused an explosion that wiped out an entire city, so he's up there.

Rodimus Prime ordered the planet to be blown up, and Ultra Magnus planted the actual bomb. However, as far as I can tell from the animation, most if not all of the actual population escaped unscathed. It doesn't make Rodimus much less of a jerk at the end of the episode, though.
"Cybertron's a better place anyway!" Rodimus, you're a good character. Please stop acting like a bad one.

Enough to have an endless field of flowers around him?

The flowers make a great way to measure kill counts btw.

    The planet was evacuated

I really wouldn’t want to get into all of that

But personally I think the way the criteria is set up, I think you should go to what team the character was on at the time

Technically, Rodimus Prime destroyed two planets. Paradron and Unicron.
