Remember that "fake" ILM test footage? might be real

turn on the fan because i've got a big one to throw at it.
i have it on good authority that the "leaked" ILM test footage from so many weeks ago might actually be real.

Why would the producers lie? simple; they don't want people to know it's real or they don't like it.

Look, "sources" aren't on everyone's top 10 lists right now. No offense, but unless we see more proof (and the fact I believe it was totally debunked already) there's nothing here for us to see. Move along.

well, you don't have to believe me, but you don't have to believe don murphy either. after all, it is HIS project to protect. i'm not sure i believe it myself, but i thought i'd post it anyway.

the truth is that i live in LA and i know quite a few people in the movie industry. one of them told me tonight that the footage is real. i trust him because he worked with ILM on a few projects. he doesn't care that i post this because he knows no one will believe it.

maybe i'm pushing the open-mindness of some people here. the same friend also told me he went to school with murphy and says you can trust him to focus on the creation of art as much as money. also, there's still a chance Bay might leave the project.

let me clarify; it's true my friends have said all this to me. that's what you should believe. what's up to you to believe is if they are telling the truth. though since i can't give any names out as of yet you'll just have to hose me down with logic

The only difference from what TFW2005 earlier linked to is that you've added sound effects and cropped the video. Same source, still.

 

I too do not believe most of what Don Murphy says. If I were him though, I would deny that this has anything to do with the movie too. I would want to protect what ILM is doing and not have to listen to as many people critic the work too negatively when it's still a work in progress.

 

Dont beleive anything that anyone in hollywood tells you wether they are confirming or denying. The crap that comes from hollywood is only rivaled by that in politics. The vidcap could be officially tied into TFs for a number of reasons or it could be just someone showcasing what they can do, who cares, its a moderately cool vid and the movie should certainly have better fx.

Beleive only half of what you see and none of what you hear

Well fake or not, everytime I watch that video I get so excited I can't wait until the movie!!!!!!!!!!!!

However, I also don't believe that this is official test footage.
