Those toys usually have the wonderfest logo plastered all over them, don't they? The only thing this has is "Genteiban" down in the bottom right corner and the "Gentei! Gentei!" variant of the logo in the upper left. So it's definitely a limited edition, but maybe not Wonderfest any more...
