Got my TC and he has the Launcher issue as well. Both don't sit well in the shoulders.

 

My TCracker had the launcher problems and loose wings. There's an easy FIX for this. Pop the wings off and coat the little peg with clear nail polish. Do the same to the inner edges of the hole in his shoulder. I put one coat on, let dry, second coat, let dry, and now my TC's launchers are snug and the wings are tight.
Granted we shouldn't have to do this, but it's an easy fix that isn't even seen after it's done.

 

Just got mine delivered yesterday and it looks good, although I will be keeping him MOSC. With all the QC problems everyone is complaining about I'm sure glad I have the Botcon one.
