It is an incredibly impressive fit! Hope the render fits just as well, the elbows being swivels rather than ball joints is giving me a little guff but we'll get there, make it all fit neat.
OpT you've already sent me a measurement for the size of the extra gap in the crotch-torso area haven't you? It's been a few days since I worked on the body! But, I've killed work on the head because, without wanting to jump the gun:

    you can understand my excitement.

NB: This was designed by MACRAPTRON for Hench, he showed it off recently and as soon as I heard about it I got right on the blower. I reckon he's up for making this part of the set, and I'm just ironing stuff out this evening and then we can get on and do any editing to either the head or the torso-head/neckplate that's required to get this beauty fitted.

By then all my editing should be complete, and THEN. TEST PRlNT TIME!!!

Fixed! Sorry, didn't realise it was an attachment in the original post. Would love to know how he managed to put an enlargeable attachment within the main body of the post and not at the end of it.

Yeah pretty sure I emailed you some stuff a week or so back, if you need it again just let me know. I do think you need to measure the relative position of Hench's knee ball-joints and hip rotation joint, to ensure our hip/thigh/knees assembly all fits together as smoothly as poss.

That's a great head, with some refinement it should work very well, if we can get Macraptron on board.

I've just got one last thing to finish, and I don't know whether you'll want to include it in the kit (it's not integral), but look out for my final update very soon :)

Nah I have all the emails on file ta bud, just gotta pull it up. I'll test stuff as we go along. Adding in the plates and vertices for parts testing was the best idea I've had all project. This would be so much more hassle without those sticks and squares.

He's on board! Just sent him the stuff to work on getting the head scaled and fitted. Can't wait to see the result :D  While he's on that I'll be tightening and polishing the torso/crotchplate/thighs and arms, then once the head's back and it's all sorted I'll finish off the cosmetics. I assume you're talking about the bumper/heel supports? Might be worth drawing up, as you say the chap can be a bit back heavy at times.

I'm so stoked that testing time is so close! Gonna power on with finishing touches to the body and hopefully have it all ready for print by Sunday. Then get the head sorted with it then.....I guess we're ready! :D

Aside from the forearms looking a bit too big in comparison to the upper arms I think it's fantastic!

Yeah it looks great doesn't it? Macraptron is a legend! :D
Cheers, and yeah I know, unfortunately the upper arms can't be any bigger due to transformation and the forearms are just taken straight from KO Scouting Force. Hopefully MB will be able to tweak the CAD version to the best proportions :thumb

It still works well though and the hands will really help the display options as it'll be easier to have Brawn lifting things.

The torso mod is for me the best upgrade, since I saw the first pic of the mockup I've not been able to look at mine in quite the same way :lol

I've not had to, my Hench has been in parts on my desk since the thread's inception :p

I'll adjust the size of the forearms as best I can. Gotta make sure they can accommodate the hands for alt mode is all.

Honestly don't mind the large forearms, with the other mods you have all made, it looks spot on. Can't get over how good that head looks. Fellas you have done a fantastic job :thumb

Just to give you an idea- the render's forearms and hands are already smaller than OpT's prototype so they'll be fine I think. Just testing head fit and spacing so it can be edited to fit snug-like. A bit sad we have to chop some off the back for it to fit but, design flaw with Hench I guess.

Don't mind the shoulder ball joints being so far out. I'm resetting them after redrawing the torso (dealing with a few discrepancies).
