Apparently my post got moved from discussion, and I still can't post here! I had to google as to why not and finally found the answer with google's help. So I have been a member since 2009 and have the required amount of posts per the rules, what other rules are there? Still won't let me post? Hi, it has been a while since I have been on. Where do I post unopened Studio, Titan, etc. for sale? I seem to keep ending up here. Thank you for the help, Deb
Top right corner under the search bar, says "POST NEW THREAD". Unless there's a minimum post limit for new users in the B/S/T thread I'm unaware of.

Ironically, you're actually posting in the sales thread right now with this. The simple thing you could do is edit your first post on this thread and simply list what items you're looking to sell, pricing, etc. Then just do the occasional bump once every day or two to keep it near the top of the B-S-T forums to draw attention.
Edit: If you want a catchier title though, simply click on the "Boards" dropdown menu in the top left, click on "BST" and at the bottom right of that page, simply click "Post New Thread" This will create a new page where you can create a specific title, and then in the body you can list the items for sale and such.
