not sure who or what this is I know its not g1 but I was hoping someone here might recognize it. All help is appreciated.
It's from Machine Robo: The Revenge of Cronos. It's the original Rom Stoll. It's the smallest bot which fits inside another bigger bot (Kenryu) which itself fits inside another bigger bot (Baikanfu). A new version was made recently for the Soul of Chogokin line. yeah, I believe it is from that line but not the toy listed in the link. Unless it is missing amour or some pieces ??

Ah, so the first letter was ro and the last was ru, I was wondering what they were as I could only be sure of mu su to - . I tried searching various possibilities and Stoll came up though, it was a figure of the sister or something. Thank you for clearing it up. This sort of thing is hard to get out of my head.
well I sure do appreciate the help with this chaos convoy, but what should I call it? rom stoll? Also, how hard expensive do you think it would be to gather the other components of this guy and to make him complete? I saw some of the animated clips and its looks pretty cool wonder if the series ever came to the us or had an english release
Honestly, I don't know. I only have a passing interest in old Machine Robo toys. And I only know about this one because of the Soul of Chogokin release a few years ago. And yeah, his name is Rom Stoll. As far as I know, The Revenge of Cronos was an animated movie/OVA. You might be able to find it subbed or summat online.
