Not trying to be rude but there are lots of people out there who want to be the "idea man." What's rare is the talent to make them into anything more than ideas. Rather than fishing for people to make your ideas a reality, you'd be better served to try to learn how to do it yourself. To that end, may I suggest taking up 3d modeling? There are programs or there that are free to use: I use Blender but my personal recommendation is Fusion360 - last time I checked it was free for student and/or hobby use and you only have to pay for it if you start using it to make more than a certain amount of money a year (can't remember the amount - never looked into it that closely).

Next, research design theory as much as you can. Both general action figure design and transformers design as well. I'm not really sure what resources are out there but I'm sure you can find some general action figure guides.

If you're able to get partway there at least, you're far more likely to find interested parties to join you.

 

I agree with Snaku. I, for example, am able to do all you just described. What would be my motivation to do all that work for your vision? Because it is a lot of work. I have my own ideas, and that’s mostly why I don’t make them a reality; I just don’t have the time. So, basically, you’re asking someone else to do the heavy-lifting with the promise of a joint venture. If you want to bring your ideas to reality, I’d suggest you hire a someone to design them for you if you’re unwilling to learn.
Also, I know you’re excited, but try to be more discreet about your ideas. You gave away a lot.

Making toys, especially ones that transform us extremely time consuming and very expensive. You could design and make a 3d printed one out of resin. Resin however won't give you the flex that plastic has. Resin shrinks a bit too so you might have to rework where parts meet. I d say it's a two years project and couple of thousand invested. Also if you want to do casts. The parts have to be designed so they can be casted. Silicon offers more flex than a steel mold so you can get away with a bit when it comes to draft angles. However you d probably need a pressure chamber to remove the bubbles. 3d resin printed parts have to de designed so they can be printed upside down. So be prepared so lots of headaches.

My advice: focus on one toy. Research how toys are made. They use surfacing softwares for the most part like fusion, rhino etc...

Ok but just to let you know the tooling for toys is very pricy. Think 100k usd.
Its obly worth it if you made thousands of units. The alternative is casted parts but as some know it's better for static models. Plastic is not brittle like resin can be. I might be wrong but I think the minimum investment to get a toy made would be around 150/200k usd. As far as I know mold maker charge 200usd an hour for consulting. However if you decided to make non transformable figures which can be casted then a resin printer + casting equipment would run you about 3000usd (cheaper if you can print on a anycubic photon) so unless you have deep pockets, make a static one

 

Btw, I truly appreciate your having took the time to convey a few factoids for me. Very useful.

I have design 3d model for my toy and printing them out. Not an expert, but it's fun trying stuff out. I would not get discourage if u failed. That's were you learn from. Practice, practice and more practice. Come up with a schedule on time, design, print, etc. Follow tutorials even if for something that not interested in. That's how you develop skill for other task. Have fun.

What is it you exactly want to do? Some people would not advice or help they may see you as competition. You can get some one to design and pay for it. But it will be costly. For printing can test print in shapeways. But again it will be costly. What is your skill in 3d drawing? Exactly what is it your trying to do?
