Long story short, I purchased one but it's been sent to my home (in another country). I'm in the process of ordering custom AFA bottom sliding cases for him and a few others. If any members have this version (1st American print) and can help me out by measuring the exact dimensions height (including height of top flap) x length x width in inches I'd greatly appreciate it Thx guys!
