help identifying 2006 Botcon Megatron

    I bought this at a yard sale last weekend, and am trying to find out more about this TF. I think it is the 2006 Botcon Megatron, but the colors are slightly different than what I see online (as I see on this website: Cliffbee.com: Transformer Toy Reviews: BotCon 2006 Megatron). For example, the missile shaft inside the main shaft is transparent pink instead of transparent green. There are various accents that are pink instead of green. The lower left leg has a grey knee instead of purple. See my pics. I would love to know more about what I have because I have not been able to find any that match my color scheme.

    Sadly, your toy is not nearly as rare as you were hoping. It's just Cybertron Defense Red Alert, the original version of the mold that was repainted for Botcon 2006 Megatron.

    seriously.. lol.

    i'm not the biggest fan of this figure.. but it's not terrible. finding the megatron version would've been much cooler. but i think whoever owns that wouldn't let it go at a yard sale.
