Try using the awesome part identifier tool here. Unfortunately, the tool focuses on G1, G2, and Machine Wars.

Try here for a Beast Wars/Beast Machines focused identifier site. Good luck!

3 yellow missiles in the left of the 1st pic are to armada unicron

green Wing in 1st pic is to Transmetal Waspinator

Missile above wing is Armada Thrust's.

Transparent missiles in first pic are to Optimal Optimus

Blue gun above those is to energon prowl.

bagged red missiles in 1st pic look like they are for RID prime.

red insect leg in first pic is for transmetal waspinator.

Black insect leg in first pic is BW Inferno's.

axe-thingy in second pic looks to be for BM Battle Unicorn.

red sword under that is RID Scourges, as is the big black gun.

black missiles on sprue are hasbro re-issue skywarp's.

orange missile at bottom of second pic is for RID Stormjet.

2 red missiles above that are for Armada starscream.

My best guesses on some of the pieces, apologies if this overlaps a little with what has already been listed:

    - The 'tail' above E-Prowl's gun (translucent blue) belongs to TM2 Jawbreaker.
    - The green TM Waspinator wing that was already mentioned looks like it might belong to the FoxKids repaint, but I can't tell exactly.
    - E-Prowl's missile is located in the first picture, top of the first column.

First picture, second column (top to bottom):

    - Armada Tidal Wave missiles.
    - TM2 Scourge wing missile.
    - Pass (grey missile).
    - BM Snarl tail.
    - BM Night Slash Cheetor tail.
    - BM Blastcharge missiles.

I know of a place where you can get one for $47 shipped...
It is the Korean version, though
