    I'm hoping this is the correct forum for this. I was surfing the net and found this picture but don't know which book it came from. I'd like to get more info on it and possibly purchase it if possible. Appreciate any help. According to Google, this photo was posted on this site but that's all I can ascertain as to its origins.
