As I'm sure all of you know, Rollbar is not in Transformers 3...yet. TommyBuilt has received a request from Dreamworks and Paramount to submit the specs and pictures of the vehicle. It's possible with enough fan support, Rollbar can make it into the movie. Thus, as asked by several fans, I have created a petition to send to Dreamworks/Paramount. So if you want Rollbar in the movie, please sign the petition. Or if you just want to support a fellow Transformers fan in their endeavor to get their work shown in Transformers 3, I urge you to sign it.

Here's the link to the petition:

Get Rollbar in Transformers 3 Petition

    Thanks and good luck Rollbar!

Why is this necessary? Honestly, if the fandom manages to get Rollbar inserted into the film, he'll probably end up just like Jolt: a background character not worth putting in.

Nah, If you add him in movie now (late addiction). He will be just like Jolt. 30 seconds screen time and no lines at all.

I'm all for it. 5 seconds and no lines still means he'll get a toy.

EDIT: Although I *will* kindly point out that letter-writing campaigns regularly and ALWAYS make a better, more lasting statement than online petitions.

so a movie already in production, will just add another character in and start designing the CGI all because of a petition.

good lord, you know how many petitions could be started because so and so is not in so and so TF movie?

Petitions dont work. Have you seen a leadrer class Blackout figure yet? A voyager class Bonecrusher? A animated leader Lugnut? NOPE.

    Waste of time.

That's your opinion but Dreamworks and Paramount asked him for the specs and pictures of the vehicle, so obviously there's some interest by the studio. If you don't like the vehicle or the prospects of it being in the film and featured in the toy line, don't sign the petition. It's as simple as that.

That's one of the main reasons I want it. The effin' toy man! To your letter writing point, I honestly don't think many here would want to sit down and actually write said letter to the film studios. But I definitely agree with you that it's much more effective.

At this point I honestly can't see them adding in another character, even as background fodder. Jolt barely got written in before they started production, and was pretty much forced in. They've been filming long enough now that the cast list is pretty much set in stone. Bay has been known to make weird, last minute changes (Brawl/Devastator in TF1), but I can't see him adding in another character.

According to my neighbor's cousin's friend who knows someone that lives across a guy who is related to the daughter of the lady who owns a pink lawn mower, dreamworks and paramount has requested the specs of her double wide trailer. Bay wants OP's trailer to transform from a battle station to living quarters for the human refugees.

C'mon now, does Bay look like someone who listens to petitions?

Are you attempting to mock my credibility on knowing the guy who customized the Jeep? Either way, there's no need to be a smart ass. The petition isn't going to Bay, but rather the studios themselves. They're obviously interested in some degree if they ask for specs and pictures. So try to be less of a dick. If you don't believe in the cause, don't sign it. That would speak louder than what you're trying to say.

Thanks but no thanks. He's not a Decepticon, he'll have no development, and will add zero to the move, and would take CGI time from existing characters. Id campaign AGAINST it before campaigning for it.

C'mon everyone. That guy put a lot of money into making that Jeep into an aftermarket nightmare. If he doesn't get it into this movie, how's he going to gain the notoriety he'll need to recoup the substantial investment he's made? :D

    Nope, not signing.

The jeep and the jeep's owner already got their 15 seconds of fame by fooling the set workers and fans. That's good enough. Don't try to get the studio to shoe-horn the vehicle in as another Jolt character.

I signed. Even if he's just in the background, there will still be a figure of him.

You are confusing "mocking one's credibility" with "making a joke."

yup just a useless background character (i dont see a supreme sized bonecrusher so why would they make "rollbar" a toy)
