Alright, so I just received a MakeToys Battle Tanker today, and when assembling it, I thought I might have placed the black crotch piece (with the green orb) in wrong, so I pulled it off...but because I wasn't thinking properly, I pulled upward as I did so and snapped off the two black tabs that actually plug in to the plate... I just tried using some epoxy to fix them, but due to how tiny the pieces are, it was a bit messy and very difficult to get a proper grip... So, my question is: Is there a better way to go about fixing the piece? Or, given that the one I have is now decorated with bits of epoxy, is there some way to get this single piece replaced? Thanks.
If it is a Maketoys one and not a knockoff I would start with contacting them. In the meantime I would use the little clear rubber bands that come with Hasbro products. They are great for helping figures hold poses and weapons.
Yes, it's the MakeToys version. I purchased it used via an eBay seller, though...and I'm not sure how to go about contacting MakeToys to see if I can potentially order just that piece from them...
