    I am a huge fan of Cloudburst’s design in IDW but unfortunately there are no official toys that really capture his look. I figured there is a small chance he has a 3rd party figure that does him justice (preferably at legends scale). Help in finding one of any scale is highly appreciated if you lovely bots and cons know of one. Thanks in advance.

    I'm sorry but as far as I know there are no 3rd party figures of Cloudburst, IDW of otherwise.

    Fanshobby is just getting started doing a Metal Hawk so they may do Cloudburst too but nothing is announced yet

    Echo the same by DrCalligari but Pretenders in general like TM's and PM's or anything past S3, are barely touched in the 3P world or at all. Hopefully with Hasbro doing more stuff that it will push 3P companies to follow.
