I just need some info regarding Headrobots. Has there been any updates about any of their products?

I bought a DOTM voyager Skyhammer to be use for their Headmaster Highbrow upgrade kit but for now that fig is tossed aside in my toy bin. 2013 will be over soon, I'm slowly losing interest in their product & now have listed that Skyhammer on evilbay.. :(

They're relatively smalltime (in terms of capital and manpower) so they aren't going to have much online presence.

At TF Con they showed some stuff, like Ronin (Banzaitron upgrade) and their Scorponok parts.

From their prior interviews, we know they do not have the capacity to work on more than one project at a time. Between their day jobs and the lead time needed to prototype designs and then refine them, you get a big delay between hearing from them.

I have to see him fairly disappointed in their QC, so if they're switching to a better factory, so much the better.

They make great stuff but yes seems like they are really just doing it as a hobby. Would be great to see them pushing more stuff out.

I'm eagerly awaiting their Ronin kit, as well as the Skyhammer kit. Captured Prey had the Ronin kit on display at Botcon.

Yeah, if they did another run of the Hardhead set with both heads, I would totally snatch that up. I didn't have that Universe Hardhead fig when it was first announced, now heads are either hard to find or just the one.

Love to see more from them though.

I think you mean Highbrow not Brainstorm otherwise I'd hate to break it to you, but it's not a Brainstorm upgrade kit.

Like many other people, I'm eagerly awaiting their Highbrow/Skyhammer and Mindwipe upgrade kits. They're more than welcome to my money when they finally produce those products.

You are crazy. Skyhammer is one of the best TFs ever made. Why not appreciate him for the great toy he is? Headrobots are my favourite 3P company, I wish they'd release more stuff.

I just hope they put out their Mindwipe and Skullgrin sets at some point. I'll grab a Highbrow kit if they do one, but those 'con add-ons looked amazing.

Sheesh I'm so embarrassed, gonna edit my first post from Brainstorm to Highbrow.

On that note their Highbrow upgrade kit was one of my eargerly anticipated 3rd party products.

Yeah, I would have loved Big Road to get released. I felt compelled to mod my Generations Trailcutter since his short height bugged the crap out of me, same with Hoist. At least the X2 add-on makes them a little more G1.

You could always get the Reprolabels Trailbreaker made with 2007 movie Ironhide... It's Voyager size.

That was the reason I bought Skyhammer too!

I'm kind of not as into it anymore though. I've repurposed him as G1 Pretender Sky High. If HeadRobots ever does come out with their kit and I have the money I may bite, but I'm in no hurry.

Hype is always a risky business...

I noticed they also made one for this other Movie mold (which figure is this one, by the way?):

    Reprolabels.com - Movie Upgrade Set #15

Neither are ideal though. I don't particularly like the idea of mixing Bayverse toys in with Classics (unless they fit the gray area like Lugnut or Lockdown).

This was the only thing Headrobots did that i had any interest in would like to see another company produce Bigroad if Headrobots are just going to abandon this not Trailbreaker.

I agree on Skyhammer. I just never got him for that character,i turned mine into Vortex(not for the faint of heart, the pin count/removel on him is ungodly). His copter mode IS the best copter TF I've ever touched.
