Yes, I went there. Never liked Hench's head that much. Just did a real minor swap out from Titan Master Brawn. Looks much better.

I love how the turret looks in vehicle mode.

It's like a minature Jeep shaped gun on a Jeep. Awesome!

Hench is one figure I regret not being able to get when he was affordable, and now even doubly so. The TR Brawn head looks great on him. Awesome work.

That head works perfectly on Hench's body. Nicely done.

I just need to figure out a way to keep the head in more securely in robot mode now. Maybe some foam or something?
Other than that, he's the perfect CHUG Brawn so far.

Why do you have the doors open like that?

Is this really a big issue? I was taking pictures as I was putting him back together, some things weren't perfect. The screw covers on the front bumper aren't on there either when I took the pics.

No I was just curious, it seemed unusual, and was curious if there was a reason you did it due to making it a headmaster. I couldn't see a reason for it on my own version of the figure.

Thank you, I was thinking to test this when I heard about TR Brawn, now I know I can skip the test and just use it. :)

Stickytac. I just put Brawn on Roadbuster but now I feel like I have to do this instead.

So I did this on mine after seeing it here. BRILLIANT. Here's how you do it.

    (1) Be in robot mode.
    (2) on the top left and right corners of the arc above the head are removable panels that hide screws. Unscrew the screws.
    (3) turn him on his back. Unscrew the screw in the middle of his wheel
    (4) Seperate the body in half (green hald from orange half) to remove the head.
    (5) close the body, and rescrew everything.
    (6) Headmaster sits in the hole. It won't stay in if you transform, but it looks EXCELLENT in display and makes Hench so much better it isn't funny.

Some kind of way of locking the titanmaster in place would make this fully tansformation friendly.

If people want a deluxe-scale Brawn, this is exactly how to do it.

I'm working on that, I have a couple of different neck adapters coming from shapeways right now so hopefully I can solve that problem.

I thought about this for some time...then I missed out on picking one up. Works well with Hench...very well. I'm sad iGear never finished out their minibot run, shame really.

This dirt easy custom ruined everything! For a while I had as close to an all-deluxe "minibot" team on my shelf (i.e. using IDW Bumblebee instead of a smaller legends sized one, using GDO Cliffjumper). Legend Class doing minibots at a perfect scale had me shift to using smaller bots for classics minibots. Brawn was the odd man out, and TR Brawn was gonna fix that.

Then along comes this custom, and Hench is relevant again! >_<

But really, I'm still stupefied how great this looks on any CHUG shelf now. Dead-eye Hench was out of place. Hench with the TR head looks like a Hasbro toy. Turned a 3P i had come to regret to buying into one I really dig.
